Mindfulness in general is the key to a happier, healthier life, so if we can use it as a tool to help us through something as horrible as panic attacks, then that’s brilliant. This workbook gives you the skills and techniques to build up and practise, so you can use them when you need it most - during a panic attack. Anyone who suffers them, knows they’re terrifying and tricky to find your way out - this book is a helping hand during those scary episodes. You can work through at your own pace, and keep referring back to previous sections as often as needed. Would definitely recommend.

This was just a general workbook with helpful tips and tricks to control your anxiety. Theres not much to review on something like this but it does what it says it does.

This book gives a variety of options to help those suffering from anxiety. The mindfulness activities are designed to help people control anxiety and panic before it controls them. The book is written in an easy-to-understand manner. I read an ebook, but I think users may find the physical workbook a bit more useful.

As someone who suffers from general anxiety disorder, I loved this book.

It was a nice review of the tool that help me every day. The breakdowns or what anxiety and mindfulness are before going into the exercises was a great way to go. The author was thorough and got your brain ready for what you are about to embark on.

Mindfulness is the first non medical tool that has helped me live a normal life and this book is a easy to understand way to help others do the same.
This is a tool I would have on hand to return to if I lost my way and appreciate it

This book gives anxiety sufferers the ability to work through the ways mindfulness might help them become more in control of the ways they think and stop letting anxiety and panic control them. The first three chapters help creat a foundation for understanding what mindfulness is and how it might help with panic and anxiety. What I found delightful as someone with anxiety, the information was presented in ways that weren’t overwhelming. While a lot of really interesting ideas are presented, they are offered with an overview of the important parts and then the reader was given the ability to decide what to research further.

The workbook section itself provided a nice process for working through the ideas of mindfulness for anxiety, particularly if under the care of a mental health professional. The book gives the basic instructions on how to use this book as an ebook, but I think this is one book that would be far more useful as a physical copy someone can return to again and again.
