The book is set up in a clear, logical format. The beginning explains the GRE format so that you can take the practice test in a “realistic” setting.
It’s been over 5 years since I took the GRE (hence I am now restudying!) but from memory the practice test was similar to my experience.
The best part is the explanations for every question that explain how to get to the correct answer. Overall, seems like a valuable set of practice tests.

This book does exactly what it sets out to do. It will absolutely familiarize students with the format and content of the exam.

The book begins with a very helpful introduction that is packed with information about the GRE. There are many suggestions here for preparing oneself to take the test, along with a description of the mechanics of taking the exam on the computer. Next come the six sample tests. Students can review their answers and hopefully learn where they need to concentrate their attention.

This publisher is releasing a number of titles that will be helpful to those who are thinking about grad school. I definitely recommend this for its intended audience.

This is a very thorough practice book for the GRE. It includes questions about the test, sample tests and detailed explanations of the answers. This would be a great prep for anyone taking the GRE.

Forgo the expensive prep classes.
Buy this book and do all 6 tests and you should be ready, especially if you learn from your mistakes!
