This was a sweet story. This book is third in a series, but it can easily be read as a stand alone. In this book we meet Harlow, a veterinarian who comes to the small town of Mistletoe, despite her hatred of small towns, because if she works there for a year her large student loans will be paid off. As she drives into town she gets into a dangerous situation and meets search and rescue hero Nick. Nick and Harlow keep bumping into each other around town, and even discover they have a connection through one of their mutual friends. Both are a bit shy about dating, Harlow because of her difficult past she never dealt with, and Nick who is a widow who spent years not wanting to get back out there again. This was a sweet easy read for those that love small town romances. I received an ARC, and this is my honest review.

Falling in Love on Sweetwater Lane by Belle Calhoune is book #3 in the Mistletoe, Maine series. This is a sweet romance. The characters are very likable, especially the two main characters Harlow Jones and Nick Keegan. Nick's son, Miles is an interesting character. Not your typical nine-year-old. I was attracted to this book by the fact Harlow Jones is a veterinarian. This aspect did not disappoint. Harlow's and Nick's journey to a Happily Ever After was an entertaining read.

A lovely romance book that had my heart beating nicely throughout! I feel in love at Sweetwater Lane and want to stay there forever. A feel good ready for sure!

I liked Harlow and Nick's story. Both suffering from loss and afraid to move forward until Nick takes the first step. Small town romance with a lot of great secondary characters makes it worth the read

This was my first time reading a book by Beth Calhoune. This book is a really cute small town contemporary romance. If you’re a Hallmark movie fan then you’ll love this book! It was a quick read!

This was a sweet book with a good storyline that kept me engaged. I felt some of the writing for the 9 year old boy was a little adult (particularly when he talks about his dad needing "adult companionship"). Some of the plot got lost on me, like Zeus' medical condition seemed like a big deal, then we didn't hear more until the epilogue. Overall though, a good book and a nice short read that doesn't drag on too long.

This book was everything I wanted it to be. It had me turned pages without even realizing. It was so good!

Love this series and author. This author has several different series and I love each 1. If you haven't read her books yet. I highly recommend her and her books.

This was first time reading a book by Belle Calhoune. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this story! I think I'll have to hunt down more books by her!
I felt for these characters when things went wrong... My heart broke for Harlow - Gossip is evil and as much as I wish it wasn't part of our every day lives it's always there.
I absolutely loved Nick... And bonus... Single dad with an adorable little boy... Um... Yummy and yes please! Nick is basically the perfect guy, and I felt that he really helped Harlow grow - she just didn't let him in enough.
Overall, a great read. Perfect as a beach or vacation read!

This was my first time reading a book by Beth Calhoune. Falling in Love on Sweet Waterlane Lane is a really cute small town contemporary romance. If you’re a Hallmark movie fan you’ll love this book! It was a quick read. I felt like some of the descriptive writing was unnecessary, but overall it was a cute book.

This is so heartwarming, it's the absolute best!
Her books are so realistic, she creates amazing real life situations and realistic beautiful characters.
I loved this small town romance and the characters are extremely loveable.
Veterinarian Harlow Jones and Nick Keegan are my absolute favorite and I couldn't get enough of these two.
The characters are compelling, the story is interesting, and the romance is wonderful.
A satisfying, feel-good read that had me up so late tonight finishing it up.
I hoe there will be a fourth book to come!
