I enjoyed this book. I liked Cassie as a main character, though her insecurity in the beginning was a little too much of a focus. I would have liked to see more emotional depth and detail given to the "instant" attraction between the main characters. But the storyline is interesting and intriguing, there's lots of suspense, and the story has a really good pace and flow. I was sad to turn the last page and hope for a sequel!

I''m a big Sam Crescent fan. I love the writing style and all of the characters. I love that this continues the MC series and can't wait for the next book makes me wonder what member of the MC is next to fall in love. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good MC adventure.

Good story. It flowed really well over all and while it's not my cup of tea on all levels it was never boring or a chore to finish. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good MC adventure. I will be buying more books from this author in the future.
