Room 237 is a story about human perception, it’s a story about first impressions and how a detail can change your whole awareness.
Laney has been disappointed by her last relationship, not ready to jump back in she stayed single for as long as her best friend basically let her.
She didn’t swore off men, she just didn’t know how to approach trusting again.
When Becca practically drags her to The Club she’s not really sure about it.
There she meets a man she doesn’t lay eyes on but inspires in her enough curiosity to let herself try.
His only demand ? Always wear a blindfold.
Their chemistry is instant and you’re sucked into the book quite easily as you get as curious as Laney about her mysterious date.
The more they meet, the closer they grow…
Now Laney is faced with choices.
Can she trust her feelings about that man she never saw ?
Can she handle not knowing who he is ?
Can she handle discovering his identity ?
Are what they share in that room 237 enough to survive exposure to the real world ?
As sexy as the book is it’s also a story about self confidence and your perception of others. Had they met any other way would they have matched ? If Laney had seen him that first night would she have gone up to that room ?
Room 237 is a romance about who we are at our core, about attraction being more than skin deep. About us all being more than meets the eyes.
My only negative remark there isn’t even going to be about story it’s gonna be about the layout. I personally strongly prefer dialogues to be separated from the rest of the writing. Having dialogues a little bit everywhere makes it a lot more dense and less fluid. That my personal opinion and in no way takes away from the book :)

This was a great book! Loved the suspense mixed in with alllll that SPICE! The storyline kept me intrigued and wanting to know more, if you’re looking for a spicy afternoon distraction…LOOK NO FURTHER!
