I wanted to like this book. I had such high hopes with the beautiful picture on the cover. However, the recipes and design/layout of the cookbook were less than stelllar.

I will say some of the recipes are worth trying but it wasn’t my fave cannabis focused cookbook.

This was a great baking book if you partake. I liked all the info in the beginning. I also appreciate a good book that has pictures. I can't wait to be in a place to make some of these ♡

Possibly the best cookbook for stoners out there, Sugar High has recipes for sweets of all genres, with advice on how to incorporate THC, CBD, and other cannabinoids into edibles. The opening section discusses how to create tinctures and infusions of marijuana, while the bulk of the book offers recipes for how to enjoy your psychoactive treats. All of the recipes work perfectly as regular snacks, with ingredients that can be infused or mixed with weed are highlighted in green. Ingredients are measured in volume and weight, imperial and metric, and temperatures are given in Celsius and Fahrenheit. The recipes are formulated so that they function even with a stoner's attention span - clearly laid out, simple yet thorough, with advice on how to fix issues as they come up. Options range from vegan ice cream to hard candies to key lime pie to brownies and cookies. Buy this book for the weed fan in your life, or the person with a sweet tooth and a sense of humor.

I'm afraid I can't review this book. It's not what I was expecting at all. I will be honest in that I requested the book too quickly based on the cover thinking it was a everyday baking cookbook. It wouldn't be fair to the author, publisher, or readers. Sorry to have made this mistake.

Great title, good recipes, but I canmy collection. colection. I did read several recipes that I would like to make at home with my kids. I live in Indiana an cannabis is illegal, so I cannot add.
