This is a cool book! I was expecting more of a recipe book, but this book is a guide for life on a yacht! It talks about different qualifications and certifications you need, trainings, and why customer service is so important. The book also goes over what to expect living and working on a yacht and what can be difficult about yacht life. There are some recipes in this book - seafood of course, but the strength of this read is really in what it takes to run a tight ship.
