In One Clear Shot, a thriller by Will Ferrell, readers can explore Claire’s complicated relationship with Will and herself. Will is very different from her. Whether or not they would be compatible is what sets this story apart from other thrillers. The book is full of details that keep us entertained as we read it. It also has a great descriptive style that helps us visualize the story's development. Tropes include Opposites attract and close proximity. The plot of the book is very interesting and shows us that sometimes, our priorities can change as we start conceiving our lives. It also shows us that we should be more focused on what we want instead of what we are doing.

The book begins with Claire, who is living in a world that is different from everyone else's. She meets Will, who she believes is the part she is missing in him. Will and Claire's relationship is complicated, and the book also features other characters.

The author made the reading experience easy and fun, and I loved the way she presented the story. I also loved Claire, who is a strong and courageous character. Despite the various obstacles she has faced, she still manages to keep herself positive. This book is recommended for anyone who enjoys reading exciting stories that have lots of action, adventure, romance, and drama.

Not sure what to say about One Clear Shot. The story needs editing a lot of editing to clean up the story to make it come to life. The author tries to use Claire story to inspire people but instead it just falls flat and comes across as a teen writing about what it is like to be an adult in a romantic mystery. The story lack coherence leaving readers wondering if the story is worth finishing.

Maybe if the author uses a better editor to clean up the story it might change the story from basic and boring to what she is hoping for a standout story.

Thank you to Netgalley for a copy of One Clear Shot by R.A. Ferrell

I don't get this book at all. The characters and the writing are good, but the plot is all downhill and strange about a professional who isn't very professional. In addition, the story is really boring.

Super funny book but the same time keeps you wondering what next. Very easy to read and the author uses very interesting way of writing. I think this book perfect for summer or early fall it's light and intriguing at the same time.

I noticed this book and checked out the reviews. They were all 4/5* and glowing (or I thought they were) so I started reading.

I struggled straight away with the writing. It seemed a bit…well juvenile. And don’t get me started on the conversations. I don’t think I’ve ever cringed so much.
I was only several pages in and wasn’t sure I was going to get much further. So I checked the reviews again. That’s when I found a 3* one I’d missed. It said the writing and editing left a lot to be desired but they were glad they’d continued on. So I decided to push on and hopefully it would get to the point where the story itself would distract me from the writing (it’s happened before).

I made it to 55% and I’m sorry but I just couldn’t read any more.
Maybe it’s me, I accept the older I am the pickier I am but I couldn’t stand Claire. I struggled with the writing and cringed every time a conversation occurred. I really wanted to finish it but life is just too short.

I voluntarily read a review copy kindly provided by the publisher and NetGalley.
