I think this was more of a cute romance then spicy.
Emma falling for her next door neighbor but thinks he has a girlfriend. And I can't blame her since Liam and the girl live together and are like super close.. so yeah I cant blame her for thinking that.

I wish it was more longer idk why fhe dad was in it since there was nothing else with the family. Or a Epilogue.. so yeah that was disappointing.

More of a short story than a novella, in 3rd person but chapters alternate following the fmc and the mmc.

Spice I would say is 2/5. There isn't much story leading up to the spice hence the rating of the overall book 3/5. Would have loved more of a back story on both characters as it seems like there was more to their current situations and how they ended up neighbours.

Overall a little spicy short story that ended in me wanting to know more, would have loved a couple more hundred pages on their lives and meetings in the hallway with all the tension that was there.

This book is a nice and interesting short story. These two deserved the chance to find happiness and they took it. It was interesting enough to occupy my afternoon.

This book is super short - about 4 chapters however those 4 chapters were jammed packed with a lot of cuteness. Liam and Emma had feelings for everyone right away - she thought he was with someone and they became friends instead of going right for it

It had enough drama and spiciness to make a good short story. My one recommendation would b to remove the storyline regarding the dad - it was drama with no ending and confusing as to the reasons.

So that shouldn't have been added period but all in all the rest was good

A quick steamy read, but I just couldn't get into it. The characters didn't really pull me in,a nd it was not a favoirte in the genre.

This is not an unpleasant story, but it's so very short that there just isn't much to connect to. I can accept the premise of instalove/lust, but this is literally they meet, they talk a couple of times, have a minor miscommunication, then seal the deal (unprotected with no discussion, FYI). The use of present tense is also a little. awkward. This shows potential from the author, but needs to be developed more before it's ready for an audience.

I love the idea of a romance in short story form. More of what we the readers want to read about (ie sex scenes 😂) with less build up and frustration to get to those parts. I’d definitely read more by this author. I read this in the evening and I can verify it’s a great bedtime story. Short and sweet!

Sometimes, I want a cute, short story with a HEA. This definitely hit all those marks, but maybe a bit too short. I read the whole thing while in my dentist's office waiting for my appointment. I felt the female character developed better than her male counterpart, but all in all a cute steamy story!

Short and sweet! great to get you out of a reading slump. Both characters were likable and I was looking forward to how the author would give is the plot twist.

More a short story than a novella, there weren't enough pages to develop a real story. The characters meet, they see each other again, they are in love, the end. There is a reason I don't often enjoy short stories and the lack of connection I felt to any part of this book reinforced that they are not for me.

Emma moves into an apartment and is crushing on Liam who lives next door, but she thinks he has a girlfriend so nothing can happen between them. But then Emma finds out she has it all wrong.

I think the story was a cute one, but I would have loved just a little more in terms of relationship building and back story. But I would read this author again.

A good short read of girl meets boy with some steamy romance thrown in. Will definitely be going back and reading the other books by this author

This was a very short little novella. I was left wanting so much more. There wasn't any build up at all. The story itself was cute, I just think it needed a lot more relationship building.
