This is a must read for leaders, some of the sections in this book blew me away and fired me up ready to meet with HR and my Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging teams on what we can put in place within the business.

Gender equality is a huge topic and incredibly important. I will be recommending this a lot!

This book did repeat itself a little in places which I've knocked it down to 4 stars for.

Women aren’t broken & don’t need fixing!!! It’s the system that’s the problem.

This book is a must-read for any leader wanting to achieve gender equality in the workplace. If you plan to lead a company or organization, this book is for you. In 2022, it is unacceptable that talented women are denied access to leadership positions due to gender inequality. Men almost never have to prove themselves as they ascend to leadership positions. Most women aren’t so lucky. Here, Joy Burnford offers some practical & insightful advice that could ultimately benefit everyone, not just women. With the frameworks Burnford has suggested, leaders can make small yet meaningful changes.
