This collection was wonderful and I really liked Bulley's voice and approach to poetry, I look forward to more of their work

I can already tell that this will be one of my favorite books of 2023. Every piece has something that will take your breath away, one way or another.

I was first drawn in by the cover of this collection as I was unfamiliar with the author. I’m so glad I requested it and was introduced to the poetry of Bulley! Loved this collection a lot! The only thing that game me issues was the formatting of the ebook. I’m excited to buy a physical copy because I’m sure the poems work better in a physical format.

I don’t have a lot of experience with reading poetry but have heard some great things about the poet and wanted to give it a try. I’d say that even for a casual/new reader there are some absolute gems in here, some lines that I won’t forget or have written down. Definitely read this :)
