It is for everyone especially entrepreneurs. It describes in stepwise manner how a small business can proceed with option of retreating or changing its course.
Written in a simple language. Well systemised. I found nd furst half very useful. There are a lot of learning points. Practical advice. A book which needs time to read.
Recommended as a good book for business owners and youth.
