Regan Marshall’s life fell apart after the murder of her son. She believed her role as a US Marshall played a role in his death, even though her superiors and the FBI dismissed the idea. Her husband blamed her and their marriage imploded. Having left the Marshall’s, Regan is shocked when she gets a call from her former boss, who tells her he has new information about her son’s murder. When that same former boss is mysteriously killed himself, Regan knows she must return to service to uncover the truth once and for all
