Miles and Miles of You is my first read from author Jennifer Bonds but it will definitely not be my last!

Lucy Gonzalez is taking no slack from anyone anymore. Done with her role as a overworked personal assistant, she’s set on traveling America and taking another’s along on her adventures. But what she doesn’t account for? Her ex boss wanting to hop into the airstream and travel with her. Miles Hart, self made billionaire, cannot live without his personal assistant. And he’s about to show her what lengths he will go to in order to win her back.

I recommend those that love road trips and the enemies to lovers trope read Miles and Miles of You. Told in dual point of view, both characters were relatable although I wish there was more backstory on why Lucy hated Miles as much as she did.

This was a fun story to read. Lucy works for Miles and feels very under appreciated. She's had enough so she decides to quit her job and become a travel influencer. Miles finally realized how much Lucy kept things together and running, because once she leaves everything falls apart and he is desperate to get her back. He's even willing to drop everything and follow her on her cross country roadtrip. The trip gives them the opportunity to learn more about each other and really get to know one another, and once they do it doesn't take long for the sparks to start flying.
It was fun seeing Miles and Lucy together and I really enjoyed their interactions. This was a fun, feel-good story and I had a really nice time reading it.

I received an advance review copy for free and am leaving this review voluntarily. Thank you Jennifer Bonds and Xpresso Book Tours. I'm excited to be a part of this tour. Now for my review ...

Miles and Miles of You is the first in The Harts series. This author is new to me and enjoyed this laugh out loud Rom Com filled with an eclectic cast of characters who make for one interesting road trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and was engaged from start to finish. The descriptions during the road trip and the antics engaged in made me laugh even in public. The writing style flows nicely and the chemistry between Miles and Lucy was palpable. The plot of an employee crush turns full on love affair piqued my curiosity and did not disappoint.

I recommend this book to who loves a fun Rom Com filled with love and connection between the delightful cast of characters. I look forward to reading how the characters grow as this series evolves.

Miles is an amazing person but a horrible boss. He has no idea what all Lucy does and ignores half of what she says. Lucy has finally had enough and quit her job. She is now going to be an influencer if it kills her. What she didn’t expect was for Miles to make a bet with her and tag along on her road trip. Miles is determined to get Lucy back at his company and he is willing to do just about anything. Being stuck in a dilapidated airstream that he gets zero sleep in is just a sacrifice he has to make. He has to get Lucy back but while on the trip he starts to develop feelings for Lucy. Will they make it through the entire road-trip without killing each other? I was given a copy through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a fun romance about a rags-to-riches billionaire and the assistant who he has never fully appreciated. Until that day she quits to become a travel influencer. With her grandmother's vintage Airstream, she's off to traverse the iconic Route 66. But, wait, she's got a stowaway - her boss! He's trying to woo her back to her job. and, ends up wooing her in many more ways! lol

Thank you NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for the digital ARC in return for an honest review.

This was incredibly adorable. I love the title, the cover, and the story of course. I recommend this for a vacation book!

Lucy Gonzalez is tired of working tirelessly for a boss who doesn't pay attention to her or appreciate her hard work. It doesn't help that he's a wonderful person, and she might have a crush on him, just a small one, but no matter, she's done. Finished! Over it! So, she quits. Problem solved. Except, she's a woman who likes lists and plans, and now she has neither. Luckily she has a free-spirited grandmother who loans her an ancient (ahem, vintage!) Airstream, and off she goes on an adventure of a lifetime. That is until she finds herself with a travel companion, her former boss, who has come to grovel and won't leave until she returns. Author Jennifer Bonds sends readers on an often hysterical, always unexpected journey in her latest, Miles and Miles of You. An excellent read for the adventurer in all of us.

Lucy and Miles are on a road trip together after she quite her job as his assistant. Will they be more than friends when the reach the end of the trip?
Liked how it was told from both points of view, and it makes me want to set off on my own trip!

Exec asst turns travelgrammer and her grumpy boss joins her on an Airstream trip down Route 66: a story I haven’t read before! I liked the characters, the descriptions of the route (particularly The Love Shack), and the steam. Thanks for the ARC!

I love a good road trip story, but this is one of only a handful of romances I've read with the premise. It was very cute, and an enjoyable read up through the end. I'm not sure I was 100% convinced by the character development that allows the couple to be together in the end, but the road trip plot itself was a fun take on the "forced proximity" romance, and the writing and dialogue were good overall.

This book was so fun! I love road trip romances and this one had an extra element since Miles Hart, resident boss, was chasing down Lucy Gonzalez, ex-assistant.

There was so much to love about this book. I loved the tension that arose from the forced proximity. I mean, Miles was this grumpy, yet loveable man trying to win back the one person who kept his life in check. But he, of course, is going about it all the wrong way. And firecracker Lucy is ready to move on with her life. She’s had enough of the boss who doesn’t appreciate her and is taking a literal road trip to go along with her moving on to better things attitude. The situations these two got themselves into during this trip were amazing. Things have to go wrong, it’s a road trip romance, and it was so fun seeing how they did.

If you enjoy lighthearted reads with a mildly grovely man and a whipsmart heroine, this is the book for you!

Cat gives this book 5 Meows with a 3 purr heat index...

I rarely reread a book, but this one, I would. This is definitely one to pick you up out of the dumps. It’s a great beach or vacation read, but hey, we read holiday and cold weather in July or summer, so why not a beach or vacation to knock of the chill in winter. And the Sizzle and chemistry between Lucy and Miles sure heats things up!

Not only are Lucy and Miles great characters but what little we get of his brothers made me want their stories, and toss in a free-spirited, quirky grandma and a cute hamster you have a unique, funny, interesting story.

The plot is a road trip in a rundown Airstream on Route 66. For Lucy to break away from Miles as his assistant and start a life as a social influencer. Until Miles shows up with a bet to doom her and win her back as his assistant.

Hilarious story and I think this is a 'must read' for any romance lover.

Tensions fly between Lucy and her former boss Miles when he crashes her cross country road trip to get away from him. Tried of being overlooked and under appreciated Lucy up and quit her job as Miles’s assistant and hopes to finally pursue something she’s passionate about and put her unrequited feelings for Miles behind her. When Miles realizes his life falls into disarray without Lucy he vows to win her back as his assistant. Miles sees a different side to Lucy and knows crashing her trip, while selfish, was the best thing ever but all road-trips come to end.

Miles and Lucy have great banter and it was great to see them challenge each other out of their comfort zones all while learning more than just surface level things. Their road trip was fun and adventurous and the start of a great adventure.

This book is a great fun adventure. Our main characters Lucy and Miles, are really interesting and unique. I love how Lucy was Hispanic and many of her slang and Spanish words were added to really bring out her character. It was cool to see the representation there without it being overly touched upon. Miles was a literal Heartthrob and I loved seeing him really become the man he wanted to become.

Lucy and Miles have known each other for a while. However, Lucy being Miles' assistant has been harboring a really big crush on him for ages. But Miles really doesn't notice her. That is until Lucy decides to quit to follow a travel influencer career. Miles' life starts to crumble around him as he is useless without her help so he sets out to join in her crazy adventure betting that he would make her come to her senses after two weeks on the road. However, what they both didn't expect is for their relationship to grow into attraction and love.

Although the adventure is really fun, the only downsides I had where mostly of how Lucy was head over heels in love with Miles since the beginning. I hated that she was so overlooked at the beginning and although Miles made up for it at the end, I hated this difference between the characters. I feel like I would have enjoyed more scenes of them before Lucy quits. The story starts right as she is quitting and I felt like I was reading a story that had already started, so having a little more pages and chapter where we got to see Miles' coldness and Lucy working through her crush would have been nice. Additionally more scenes of them being awkwardly interested in each other would have been fun. I feel like the book could be a little longer and had more depth to it.

Overall rating: 3.5 stars

3.5 stars rounded up.

This book was one I definitely had trouble figuring out a rating for. Don't get me wrong, it was a fun ride with the roadtrip vibes any romance reader dreams of. Lucy and Miles pinning for each other was some of the best I've read in awhile. Early to mid-book I was really loving the tension/banter/want from both of them.

However, I was a little confused with Miles at points. It seemed like he really didn't notice her in the beginning, but then changes his mind later on and states that he does all the time. Including PRE-roadtrip. It got a bit confusing as a reader as I felt it was hard to get a read on Miles as a character.

I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of fighting over certain events in the book, but it worked in it's favor as I didn't think in real life people would be that hurt over them. It was refreshing to see an author not take the "freak out over a mundane" type approach.

Overall, I had a fun time. Not my favorite Jennifer Bonds book, but definitely just fun and flirty overall.

Thank you to Jennifer Bonds, the publisher, and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the book in exchange for an honest review!

This was a fun and quick read. Lucy and Miles have a wonderful dynamic and it only gets better as the book progresses. Lucy has worked for Miles for years and feels that she and her talents have gone unnoticed. When she realizes she's had enough, she quits. Miles is at a loss without his right-hand woman and comes up with a plan to win her back. What he doesn't count on is falling for her along the way....

What a clever and sweet storyline full of romance and humor. I really did enjoy Miles and Miles of You and look forward to the author's next entry in this series. Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC. I voluntarily chose to read and review it and the opinions contained within are my own.

I thought I would really enjoy this book, it would easily be a five star read and it definitely started off that way, but towards the end, I had to deduct two stars. I loved the concept of this book, the boss who can't survive without his assistant and chases after her to bring her back. It seemed funny and charming.
But I absolutely did not connect with Lucy and her reason for quitting her job. I am not going to say what the reason was because I don't want to spoil the book, but it definitely did not seem valid to me. She had very high expectations which had no basis at all.
On the other hand, Miles was your quintessential romcom hero and I loved him, which was why I thought he could do a lot better than Lucy. Yes, I understood the concept of Lucy being an "average looking" woman who gets the hot guy, but Lucy had no redeeming qualities, in my opinion. Again, I have to go back to the expectations she had for Miles and those expectations having no basis in reality. If this is the way the book had to go, Miles should have discussed his past trauma before and Lucy should have been more understanding. Instead, she blamed him for using his trauma as an excuse to not love her. Not cool.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of Miles and Miles of You by Jennifer Bonds. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thanks to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for this ARC.

Lucy and Miles were a sweet couple and this was a sweet and fluffy book. I could have done with an aged up OTP. At times they seemed too young to have achieved their level of success or be that jaded about life. I thought they were older until I noticed the age mentioned later in the book. But beyond that, it was cute as long as you didn't look for any plot holes. I give Miles and Miles of You a solid 3/5 stars.

Miles and Miles of You is a cute, funny romance with likeable characters and an interesting premise. I enjoyed the dynamic between Lucy and Miles, even though a lot of the time I just wanted to shake them until they saw what was right in front of them. The storyline was fun. This is great for anyone looking for a feel-good story that is not too complex, but is interesting enough to keep your attention. This definitely meets my criteria for a fun, relaxing read to clear my head, and while I can't say it is one that I will remember for years to come, I did very much enjoy it.
