Thank you NetGalley for this ARC.

This was my first book by the author, and I liked that the writing flowed so naturally, it quickly turned into an easy read. A lot happened within the first chapter, so I was worried the book would fizzle out. But luckily that wasn't the case.

The main character, Lucy, was all about empowering herself to follow a long forgotten dream and prove to everyone that she could be spontaneous. The slow progression to learn more about her boss and love interest, Miles, helped to show a more likeable side of him.

Although the story is unrealistic in that Lucy has loved Miles for 2 years, but he loves her in less than 2 weeks...you have to look past that and focus on the camaraderie the two share.

Definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a funny, stuck together, enemies to lovers trope.

Miles and Miles of You was lighthearted and fun, with great banter and steamy scenes! My only complaints are the pacing felt off in some parts, and I wanted to see more of L&M’s relationship

When I heard the name Jennifer Bonds, my mind goes to authors like Janet Evanovich and Jennifer Cruise as her books scream chick lit and romantic comedy stories. More romance though and Miles and Miles of You had both the romance factor and the comedy factor. Our main female character Lucy has been in love with her boss and doing his dirty work and going the extra mile, but he never appreciates her and treats her as invisible. Lucy has had enough and when she threatens to quit, her boss Miles just laughed. This pushes Lucy over the edge as she quits to become a travel influencer. With her boss mocking her decision, she is more determined than ever to make this work. The thing that Miles doesn't realize till it's too late is that without Lucy his life is in complete and utter chaos. Miles and Lucy's relationship is one of those cases of not realizing how good he had it before it was too late. On the first day of the route 66 journey, Miles makes a bet with Lucy and if she loses - he has his assistant back and if Lucy wins, she has her own life to do what she wishes. Now the pair are stuck in an old 1970's RV and traveling together for the next two weeks along Route 66. Can the pair work together in a confined space? Find out in this romantic comedy Miles and Miles of You by Jennifer Bonds and as a reader, travel across route 66 through the lens of Miles and Lucy.

Overall this book wasn’t for me. I loved the cover and the travel premise. I enjoyed the locations visited and the travel influencer story line. The banter between the 2 main characters was enjoyable but at times I found the Miles/Lucy dynamic a bit unbelievable.

While it wasn’t perfect for me it’s a quick, easy to read romance that I know many will enjoy.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest feedback.

Miles and Miles of you was a very cute read. I enjoyed reading this very much. One of my favorite parts was when Miles rescued Gizmo from the rattlesnake.

It was a four star rating. Thank you Netgalley and publishers for allowing the chance to read and review.

Miles and Miles of You is a fun, fast-paced, and easy read.

That grabbed my attention from the very first page. As Lucy fed up with being ignored by her billionaire boss Miles (who she's been in love with for two years) decides to quit her job and become a travel influencer.

But Miles so lost without Lucy has a plan to get her back. He's going to join Lucy on her maiden trip. Make a bet with her and win. And in doing so Lucy will be back in the office in no time.

However, Lucy is determined to prove Miles wrong and as they travel Route 66 everything changes as the pair get closer.

But what happens when they reach their destination?

And with plenty of travel related escapades, really likable characters and lots of light moments. This was a genuinely engaging and enjoyable read. That I'd happily recommend to others.

Cute read about a boss and employee taking a road trip together. I enjoyed the banter between the two characters, and the alternating POV's. Lucy and Miles are very different, but it was fun to "watch" them learn to appreciate each other.

Who doesn’t want their hot, charismatic boss to chase after them on an adventure in order to win them back (to work)? A solo road trip might get pretty lonely but with Miles tagging along there’s fun, banter, and, of course, sparks flying. This wasn’t so much enemies to lovers (my favourite trope) but it had an air of that as Lucy is all fired up from quitting her job after Miles is being particularly inattentive and underappreciative. Pair this with forced proximity and I’m in. This was a great read, light hearted, funny and steamy. I enjoyed the dual perspective so we could see how Lucy and Miles were feeling about their trip down Route 66 and about each other. The stakes are high (well, it’s more pride at stake) and they’re fierce rivals in a bet to get Lucy back in her old job. It’s much easier for these two characters to get to know the people behind the business suits when they’re on the road and sharing a caravan. Fiery, confident heroines are my personal favourite and I loved how sassy and daring Lucy was, and how determined she was to succeed as a travel influencer. It’s no wonder Miles was charmed by this new side to her! I’d definitely recommend this book to any modern romance fans - alongside the flirty banter and competitiveness, you really get to see these two characters opening up and falling for each other, even if they're a little oblivious themselves.

This book tells a cute story between a girl and her ex-boss, and they go on a road trip together. This was really fun. I'm a big lover of road trips. I wish I got more of Miles and Lucy being a couple, but I took what I could get with their cute interactions. I haven't read about a boss and employee going on a road trip before, so I really enjoyed the concept! I think some parts could've been developed more, but overall, this was a cute read! I liked the banter a lot and those times showed their chemistry.

I love a good road trip book, and this one did not disappoint. Miles and Lucy have the craziest adventures, and the alternating POV makes them even funnier. Lucy is trying to leave her old life behind, and Miles is trying to get his old life back. The truth is that both of them need a new life, and they need this trip to discover that truth. I loved their banter and their serious conversations. The final grovel is pretty amazing, too.

This was such a fun, light-hearted, quick read!! It had me BLUSHING!

Thank you @netgalley and @entangledpublishing for this advanced copy for an honest review.

[Summary] After working 2 years for her boss, Miles, and having a painstakingly long crush on him, Lucy quits her job to pursue being a travel influencer. Miles soon realizes how much easier and organized his life was with Lucy managing his schedule. He attempts to get Lucy back to her job, but she refuses! They make a bet to see who lasts the 2-week cross-country road-trip…. And for Miles, the stakes are high.

I had so much fun reading this one and I seriously could not put it down! I really liked the plot, storyline, and funny aspects. It’s so refreshing to read a light romance that doesn’t have such heavy topics that crush your soul haha. And the way Miles just goes with the flow and basically does anything for Lucy? SWOON.

Minus half a star because Miles finally sees the real Lucy and falls for her in 2 WEEKS?! Regardless, I’m glad he was able to open up. The ending chapter and epilogue had me smiling the whole time!! SO SO CUTE!!

At this point, you all know how much I LOVE road trips! I gravitate towards any book where the mc’s travel via car, because you truly never know what will happen. You can have a plan, and one closed road can change everything! Sooo obviously when I saw this title/cover combo AND saw who it was written by, I snatched this right up! I read and loved Jennifer Bond’s Royally Engaged series (highly recommend!) so I went into this expecting to love it, too. Color me not surprised, I absolutely did!

I love the pace of Jennifer Bond’s writing and how easy it is to slip into the story. I wouldn’t say that her writing is too heavy or angsty, and usually, that’s exactly what I’m looking for! I want a romance book that will make me swoon, make me laugh, and make my heart sing without depressing me or giving me the ick along the way. This book did just that! Their sassy banter kept a cheesy smile on my face the entire time and I loved the epilogue and I LOVE the cover. All in all, another great romance novel by Jennifer Bonds!

Get on board with @SoSavvyTraveler!

Lucy Gonzalez might have once been a stressed personal assistant, but now she’s hitched up her grandma’s bitchin’ vintage Airstream and is hitting the road with all the best places to find cheap eats and see the sights on a shoestring budget.

And she has company along for the ride. If those thirst-worthy abs seem familiar it’s because they belong to billionaire Miles Hart. True story, he used to be Lucy’s boss until she quit on him. Something about not being appreciated? Anyway, you will appreciate Miles—and his groveling—plenty on this trip.

Now, you have front row seats to the hottest trip of the year. Sparks! Fireworks! Unexpected smooching! And you won’t want to miss the jaw-dropping surprise that will make this destination totally worth the hilarious journey…

Miles and Miles of You opens with endearing heroine Lucy quitting her job, borrowing her Grandma’s old airstream trailer, and readying for her first road trip as @SoSavvyTraveler. She'll take photos of her new adventures and blog about them on Instagram. After two years of working at Triad as an executive assistant where she is taken for granted as she organizes schedules, puts out fires, and crushes on her billionaire boss, Miles, she had enough of living for others--it’s time to go after her dreams.

Lucy’s ready to head out on the road when Miles shows up, begging her to come back to her job. Since she quit, Miles’ life has gone to hell. He’s missing meetings, can’t keep up with his email or laundry--he even double booked a dinner date! After Lucy refuses his plea, he convinces her to make a bet with him. The two of them will spend two weeks on the road together and whoever backs out first, loses. If she loses, she goes back to work for him. If he loses, he’ll pay her an annual bonus along with a reference. Lucy is sure she'll win so she agrees to his wacky wager.

Lucy’s plans to use Savvy Traveler to show real people traveling on a budget. She doesn’t believe Miles can survive without the luxury hotels and restaurants he's used to. For his part, Miles doesn’t think Lucy can make it as a travel influencer. He started a successful tech company with his two brothers and wants to get his life back, even if it means he has to drop everything for two weeks to join her on her road trip. They set off from Odell, TX to travel Rt. 66 to Santa Monica, CA.

I liked the banter between Miles and Lucy. Miles is surprised by how sassy Lucy is, compared to the compliant, hardworking employee she had been at Triad. Lucy plans the daily activities on their road trip, and together they eat at historic diners, have campfires with s’mores, stop at roadside attractions like the Rabbit Ranch, and post pictures on her Instagram account. They both get out of their comfort zones and try new things.  The couple made me laugh and I couldn’t wait to see where their adventures would take them next.

Given that this is a romance, I wasn't surprised that, soon into their travels, they embarked on a no-strings fling. Their motto is, “What happens on the road, stays on the road.” Their relationship, however, is more complex than either of them planned. Miles has some trauma from his childhood to work through and it's hard for him to see how much Lucy really means to him. I loved watching Miles come into his emotional own with the help of his brothers.

I did struggle with the fact that despite that Lucy had worked with him closely for two years, and he never really noticed her. But suddenly, on a two week road trip, he falls for her big time. I had a hard time buying it. Also, I couldn’t imagine Lucy could build her social media account so quickly--she gets a major sponsor after one week! I am excited to learn more about Miles' brothers and Lucy’s family--it looks like Miles' brothers will be getting stories of their own.

If you are looking for a lighthearted road trip story, I can recommend Miles and Miles of You. It's not perfect but it's lovely to see Lucy get her man and her dreams.

If you love Hallmark movies and having a good laugh this book is for you!! I absolutely fell in love with Miles and Lucy! This book has all the emotions in it. There were a lot of laugh out loud moments, some moments you want to hit Miles in the head to say wake up dude, moments you just fell in love with them and some very steamy moments! So if you want a book with everything in it you have to read this! This was the first book I have read by this author but I will be following her now! I read this book in 2 days and I still want more. Thank you for letting me read this early!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This was a light and fun romance I thought.
We don't really know much about the two characters before they head off together on the road trip, but you get a sense of what they're like further in. Was nice to be along for the ride, and those lustful moments.

I received this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This was a fun book but there were some pacing and sequencing issues that threw the plot off.

Lucy, an executive assistant at her wits end, quits her job supporting sexy & charismatic Miles on a whim because she has had it with him ignoring her work ethic and effort. She declares she'll be a travel influencer...so now she has to be a travel influencer.

As Lucy gets ready to take Route 66 by storm in her grandma's airstream, Miles shows up and has a declaration (and wager) of his own: he is joining her in hopes that she will come back to work for him.

Pros:
- fun banter/witty exchanges
- steamy scenes
- fun plot around the traveling
- Multi-lingual FMC

Cons:
- The pacing was odd throughout the middle of the book. There were weirdly placed emotional scenes.
- Out of place vocabulary. Sometimes the things miles said took me out of the book completely.
- I didn't feel like there was enough character development from before the road trip. Miles alludes to Lucy being different than he thought she was, but the reader wouldn't know that.

I will likely come back for the other brothers' books! I enjoyed the read overall!

Cute book about a woman who is fed up with her job and decides to travel Route 66 as a travel blogger in a old airstream. As she gets ready to leave her old boss shows up and wants her back and they make a bet that if she quits first she comes back to work and if he quits first she gets a bonus. This book was funny and I loved watching them fight their attraction for each other.

First of all, this cover is just so pretty! I'm not ashamed to say that it was what got me to read this book, blurb second 😅 Miles and Miles of You tells the story of Lucy, who just had enough of her job as an assistant, and decides to go on a roadtrip and become a travel influencer. (Who doesn't want to just drop everything and travel? 😂 I wish I could but I have bills to pay 😅) Miles, her boss who is in absolute chaos without her, joins her adventure as he grovels for her to come back and work for him again.

This is a hilarious read. It was somewhat a slow-burn for my liking, but I really loved the chemistry and the banter between Lucy and Miles. At first, I didn't like Miles - he was unattentive to Lucy as a boss but through their roadtrip I'm glad that they were able to get to know each other deeper and I guess for Miles - realizing he has feelings for Lucy.

I wish I had Lucy's courage to just drop everything and do what she wants to do. She is underappreciated at her job and she was right to leave. She absolutely deserved better. She has this independent woman vibe and I'm living for it! 💪🏽

Giving Miles and Miles of You ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5. Releases November 7th, 2022!

The good-
1. Hilarious banter between Lucy & Miles.
2. Crazy epic roadtriop
3. Entertaining throughout.

The bad-
1. No history or past scenes shown of the mcs together, despite one of them being in love with the other for years.
2. Too Fast paced.
3. Leaned more toward lust than love for me.

Overall, it was enjoyable!
