Thank you to Net Galley and Harlequin Trade Publishing for the chance to read and review this book. The opinions expressed are my own.
I really liked this book. The title caught my attention right away because I like books related to old Hollywood. This is the story of three friends who grew up on a Long Island Estate. When the Estate is scheduled to be demolished, each of them must deal with their feelings and a mystery related to the house. Along the way, they learn to come to terms with life and let their old memories go. It was a very-well written story that kept my attention right from the beginning. I happily recommend this story!

Audrey Hepburn + Sabrina + a story filled with twists and turns I never saw coming? I'm in! I really liked The Audrey Hepburn Estate, so much so that I breezed through it in just a day! The plot kept me on my toes and I loved Emma's own journey of self-discovery throughout it. I definitely would recommend this book if you're looking for a quick, compelling read! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma Jansen grew up in Glen Clove on an estate rumored to be the inspiration for the estate where Sabrina was filmed and just like Audrey Hepburn in Sabrina, she grew up, in an apartment on the estate where her parents worked. She is returning home to Glen Cove to visit the home she grew up before it becomes demolished. Along the way she will rekindle old flames and friendships. Henry van der Wraak, Leo L’Unico and Emma Jansen grew up together on the estate. Henry was her first love and Leo was her best friend. Their friendship was compromised of fun times, learning harsh lessons and discovering secrets of the mansion. Going home also means remembering complicated memories, learning new truths and opening old wounds. Will Emma figure out the truth about the mansion and the secrets it holds, will she give her heart away and will she be able to face the truth about her own family.

I love the movie Sabrina so this book was intriguing for me from the beginning. I like the complicated friendship of Henry, Leo and Emma. The book did pay homage to Sabrina or Audrey Hepburn in every chapter. The story is told in both the present and flashback style which allows the reader to understand the complications of the friendship. The author writes this story in a sweet, charming, fun way. I couldn’t put down this book. I adored the struggles of Emma and how Leo and Henry affected her life. How her childhood perceptions were so cemented in her memory. It is a delightful read and I would encourage you to snuggle down, get cozy and enjoy this read.

For fans of Audrey Hepburn, you will love this book.. A woman returns to the home where she grew up (she was the maid's daughter) to try to stop the house's demolition . While there, she meets the two men who were involved in her life during the time that she lived there. Her relationship to both and how they impacted her life makes an interesting story. The characters are great and the description of the house and its secrets are fascinating. A good read that I will recommend.

A fun lighthearted historical fiction read. Compling and engrossing writing. The plot was well-develpowd and the characters came to life on the pages.

This was a really cute book, with a great plot and lots of potential. I love the Sabrina movies, so when I saw this book, I had to read it. I loved this book until about 3/4 of the way through it. To me, the plot got way to complicated without actual building to a great climax. I appreciate the character arc but the ending felt rushed and fell flat for me. Everything, and I mean everything, was wrapped in a nice little bow. I wish I could have given this book 5 stars but it just didn’t do it for me with the current ending.

Thank you to the author and publisher for allowing me to read an advanced copy for my honest opinion.

Emma spent her childhood as the daughter of a butler and a maid, her best friends being the grandson of the estate owner and the son of the chauffeur. Best friends forever - until they are not. Now the house is being demolished an it's secrets will change her life forever.

A sweet romantic tale, that those of us who are Audrey Hepburn fans and devoted to the film SABRINA will love. The author sprinkles in nods to both the actress and the film. As well as enjoying the book, I loved the Author’s Notes, it was absolutely a delightful bonus.

This is the story of Emma, who grew up on the HEPBURN Estate with 2 young men, Henry and Leo. As a reader, it was predictable, but totally fun!

Thank you Netgalley for this charming ARC.
