This is a novel about the race for Uranium 235 and ultimately the bomb in the late 30's and 40's. While seemingly accurate, I have read other accounts of the same struggle that I found more informative and entertaining.

If you are SEROIUSLY interested in science and history then you will probably find this book fascinating. However, for the average reader this is a hard slog. I must admit that I didn't finish but if I had a printed copy which I could pass on to my (chemist) husband, then I think he would find it interesting.
