Veterans are always being told how many options they have to deal with their pain, but the truth is they really don't, and not knowing is as good as not having. This book points the direction to a better life.

This book is very well written and definitely offers help and hope to veterans living with chronic pain. The personal stories are also great as it's a reminder that you're not crazy, you're not the only one suffering, and you're not out of options. A great read I would recommend to any veteran or anyone living with pain.
