The board options are separated by season and are for small boards(2-4 people) and larger boards for a slightly larger gathering. Good tips and recipes.

This was a really great guide to a bunch of cool dishes to pull out when entertaining. I never know what to bring to an event or make when hosting and will definitely be using some of these suggestions going forward!

Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for providing me with an arc for an honest review!

A lovely recipe book filled with dishes that would be brilliant on their own or adorning a charcuterie board. Beautiful pictures demonstrate ways in which to lay out items to make them look really appealing. I loved how there were lots of different recipes standing alone and then when a board theme is suggested, the recommended dishes had their recipes referred back to with page numbers so you could locate them easily.

The recipes/boards were organised thoughtfully into seasonal opportunities and based on where you might be gathering with friends. The recipes read well, are formatted spaciously and don't feel daunting. There was a great mix of savoury vs sweet and ones appropriate for different ages.

It's given me lots of ideas for an upcoming event and I will be looking to purchase this in hard copy once published.

I am a reluctant entertainer myself, so I can safely say that this book has manageable recipes for me. The book is split into Spring/ Summer and Fall/ Winter. I feel that most of the ingredients are easy to get or substitute, which is important because I'm not living in America.

best of all, I love the great outdoors recipe, because again, I'm terrible at knowing what to bring when told to bring 'whatever'

I like the scalable recipes that are easy to prepare, and they are not overwhelmingly complicated. Some recipes can be revised as leftovers. Definitely a good 5 stars for me.
