I really enjoyed this book! I don’t think I’ve ever read a book quite like this, I loved the Huaca and the concept behind this Incan legend. I really liked Ellie and Gabe, and the way that they were able to become friends, even though everyone at school thought that Ellie should ignore him, I loved that she listened to her heart and really got to know him instead. I was so amazed by the ending of this book, I really had not figured out who the murderer was, so I didn’t see it coming when the name was revealed. Wow! I can’t wait to read more books by Marcia Mickelson!
