Festive Special.,.
The fourth in this enjoyable series of mysteries featuring, event caterer, Francesca Eve and Shropshire village based. Francesca has a new event to cater - or, at least, that seems to be the case. In fact an undercover operation is underway on the set of an esteemed cookery show where a Christmas festive special competition is being filmed. Just who has it in for the host? It could be anyone and it’s also clear that the host isn’t quite what she appears to be either. However, things are about to go drastically wrong. With a nicely crafted cast of characters, likeable protagonists, twists and turns aplenty and a well plotted storyline this is another entertaining, enjoyable, fun read and a worthy addition to the series.

An utterly gripping cozy crime mystery set at a Christmas cooking competition. Book 4 in the series did not disappoint! This was an enjoyable read. It gave me something to look forward to and the end of the day. The author keeps you guessing until the end as to whose nefarious plot this was, giving several characters motives over the course of the book. I read this book quickly, mainly because I couldn't put it down.

Cozy mystery with. Mostly likable characters. Red herrings. Secrets abound. This book was sent to me electronically by Netgalley for review. A cooking show and a murder…what a combination. This talented author has written a book that is mysterious and intriguing. Trying to determine the ending is not easy. This is a quick fun read. Enjoy.
