Adored this story. I am a huge sucker for a Hallmark Christmas story and this was such a cute one, with an original story line that I haven’t seen before!

Such great representation of the tension between royal and commoner; particularly regarding keeping up appearances or putting on a fake face to appease those who have expectations of you. The chance meeting in the market was hysterical, or rather, the resulting falling out. I laughed so hard at many of their interactions, including their “pet” names, such as Princess glitter bomb, or the beast, or abominable snowman. Some of the best laughable moments occurred when their meddling friends and family got involved. It is a cute romantic getaway Christmas story that conjures all the warm, fuzzy feelings that Teri Wilson is known for. I highly recommend this book for all lovers of clean, sweet, Hallmark love stories.
Brittany Pressley is the narrator and has a warm voice to bring all the characters to life. She captured male and female accordingly and did a great job representing all the different voices.

I’m not a big fan of romance but I wanted something light and different. This book for the bill. It was super cute, cheesy and predictable but very enjoyable. It reminded me of Hallmark Channel Christmas movies. I’m getting in the holiday spirit already this year so the Christmas vibe was an added bonus.

What a warm, endearing story. I hope this is turned into a Christmas movie! Such a fun fairytale story. Princess Snowflake meets the real prince. Teri Wilson writes the best feel good, dreamy books. They are the perfect escape. Grap a furry blanket, a cup of hot chocolate a snuggle in front of a fire for this one. Brittany Pressley does a fabulous job as narrator.! Recommended!

I’m a mega Hallmark movie fan - all year, not just the Christmas ones. The storylines adapted from Teri Wilson’s books are among my top favorites, so I truly cannot believe it’s taken me this long to actually read one of her books! I’ve eyed all of her titles for ages, but this is the first I’ve read. I’m super excited to see this one on-screen now!

The plot of this book is extremely cute - you can definitely see why Hallmark has picked up so many to adapt to their movies. It is pure bliss (lol, that’s the name of one of the dogs in Engaging Mr. Darcy, my top fave of her stories that Hallmark adapted and that I certainly have to read, soon!!). The characters, while seeming a bit fantastical (which is always the charm in the movies), also seem real and like someone you want to be friends with, or strive to be like.

In this one, Gracie plays Princess Snowflake at childrens parties. She dresses up and brings magic into their lives. She runs an extremely successful business and employs several others doing the same thing, with her childhood best friend helping with the logistical side of things. Best friend Clara learns about a small European country running a contest to spend Christmas with their Royal family to drum up tourism, and enters Gracie to play the part of a fake Royal in their Christmas winter wonderland. When she wins, she heads off to play Princess Snowflake with a fake Prince Charming, but inadvertently bumps into the real, grumpy, crown Prince “Abominable Snow Prince” - and of course he also mistakenly identifies her as the Princess from another country he’s supposed to be entertaining.

Audio - narrated by the fantastic Brittany Pressley, one of my favorites. She always does a spectacular job, and this one is no exception. I think she was the perfect pick! 5-star performance!

Many hijinks ensue and like all of the Hallmark movies I love, it was a brilliant time - easy to read in a single sitting and a great recommendation for one and all! Great, clean, Royal Hallmark Christmas fun!

4.5-stars (for the audio version), rounded up to 5!!

I received an advance review copy from NetGalley and Hallmark Publishing, and advance listen copy from Dreamscape Media, and this Is my honest feedback.

I am officially in the Christmas spirit, and it’s not even November yet! Not that I am surprised! The story of Gracie and Nik was so stinking cute! I loved how Gracie was so confident in what she does for a living. I loved that the only thing that mattered was making other people (mainly kids) see the joy of Christmas! Nik started out super grumpy, but very quickly, you saw that was just a front.

Book Title: Once Upon A Royal Christmas
Author: Teri Wilson
Audiobook Narrator: Brittany Pressley
Publisher: Hallmark Publishing ~ Dreamscape Media
Genre: Chick Lit/Holiday Romance
Pub Date: November 1, 2022
My Rating: 4 Feel Good Stars

Gracie Clark- aka Princess Snowflake is a party princess ~well she owns a small business “Perfect Party Princesses” where she and employees, dress up as fairytale characters for children’s parties, hospital visits and other events.
Gracie wants to increase her business but needs a loan. Her friend tells her about a contest where she can win enough money to fulfil her dream

Gracie enters the contest and meets Prince Nikolas, she doesn’t realize he is the prince, and he thinks she’s a real princess!
Awww the story begins!

This was a great predictable fairytale!
I was having nasty back pain this week and didn’t want to be around anyone and I am sure they felt the same about me.
I love Christmas and this sweet Christmas romance certainly brighten my mood
I totally had a smile on my face at the end as well as at the beginning.

I could picture Gracie rushing into the bank’s loan office in her Princess Snowflake costume with a glob of frosting in her hair! Made me laugh out loud and I thought how could anyone turn her down!
But then there wouldn’t have had this story!

Another plus to this story is narrator Brittany Pressley. She is one of my fav audiobook performers!

Want to thank NetGalley and Hallmark Publishing and Dreamscape Media for the opportunity to listen to this early eGalley.
Publishing Release Date scheduled for November 1, 2022.

All the Hallmark Holiday movie stars to this grumpy/sunshine royal romance that takes place over the holidays and sees Party Princess Gracie winning a publicity contest to come to the (imagined) kingdom of San Glacera to help boost the country's tourism industry.

Grumpy Prince Nickolas can't resist Gracie's charms (or her magical singing voice) and slowly finds himself falling hard for her.

Perfect for fans of Jenny Holiday's A princess for Christmas or Emma St. Clair's Royally rearranged. This was a sweet, kissing only romance that gave me all the feels and is just begging to be made into a movie. Great on audio narrated by one of my favs Brittany Pressley!

Much thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early audio copy in exchange for my honest review!!
