Gotta love these Wilde agents and their family members. Remey is a thief, a retired forger, and a bad boy. While at a bar. A beauty comes in looking like she’s running from something or someone. When Remey agrees to help her it sets them on a course that there may be no return from!

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are completely my own

I was so looking forward to Remy's story after he was introduced in an earlier book! Jacqueline was such a perfect fit for Remy with her background - she could understand his past and not be so judgmental.

It was so much fun to see Constantine back in the story and loved the interaction between Remy and him.

The book was filled with action and drama along with the romance between Remy and Jacqueline and I could not put it down until I got to the end.

Loved the ending - so glad that Jacqueline went after her man!

Now, I have to wait for the next book to come out.

Yes, Remy's story finally! I love that Jacqueline sees him as a hero, her hero. Throughout the book no matter what Remy or anyone else tells her, her belief in him never waivers. Remy needs someone like that. Jacqueline deserves her hero too.

Oh how I loved this story! I keep saying I don't know how Ms. Eden comes up with such different and unique plots and story lines but she does it amazingly well! My goodness, this is Book #17 in the Wilde Ways series and in my opinion, they keep getting better and better! I had been looking forward to reading Remy's adventure -- and that's what this is -- an adventure from start to finish. Remy and Jacqueline's sizzling romance begins immediately and I found myself hoping against hope that they would find their HEA. I enjoyed both characters separately but when you put them together, they're a force to be reckoned with. I'm also always anxious to see which Wilde characters will make an appearance in each book and to say that I was happy Constantine was one of them is an understatement. I so enjoyed the banter between Remy and Constantine -- they had me in stitches -- they are hilarious together. I'm really looking forward to Constantine's story! This is romantic suspense at its best - strong hero and brave heroine, outstanding secondary characters, drama, mystery, fast-paced action and intrigue, twists & turns and a spectacular love story all wrapped up in one stunning novel. Highly recommended. I'm grateful to have been given the opportunity to read an advance copy of this book for NetGalley.

Jacqueline is on the run, disheveled, wearing a white dress with no shoes. Rembrandt “Remy” Stuart’s muse has left him and hiding out in Halfway, Georgia wasn’t helping, until Jacqueline came through the door of the bar. She wasn’t what Remy was expecting, nor was her walking up to his table and asking him for help. Taking her home with him and fighting her “dragons” was not Remy, but for Jacqueline it seems that he is. She is on the run from a man who plans to use her skills, skills learned from her grandfather, but Remy plans to put a stop to that…and him. Jacqueline has made him want to paint again, paint her and protect her. Contacting Eric Wilde for help, Eric sends him Constantine Leos, Remy’s friend and a former FBI Agent. Somehow, she inspires him to be better and he finds himself telling her the truth about himself and his past. His life is too dangerous to share with any woman, but can he eliminate the threat to her and let her go? The dialog between Remy and Jacqueline is delightfully witty as she believes the best in him no matter what he says. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation, for an honest review. (paytonpuppy)

Another fast paced fun read from this very talented author whose all alpha male hero's are usually a little tarnished around the edges This is Rembrandt “Remy” Stuart he may be doing occasional jobs for the FBI and Cia now but at heart he always sees himself as the thief and forger that his father taught him to be. He tries to keep himself out of trouble and not get involved but that all ends when he rescues Jacqueline and in her he finds his muse See is going to try to make his own art instead of forging the masters But little does he know she is in trouble herself and bad guys want her to rob safes for them But she has found her own good guy to protect her even if he is slightly tarnished and now he will have to protect her with all that he is and in the process he may just lose his heart.

Even bad guys need love!!

Remy is just sitting in a bar minding his own business when a woman comes in asking for help. He’s always thought of himself as a thief and a bad man but deep down he is a hero. He is street smart and protective to the core.

He’d intend to lie, to manipulate, then he’d look into her eyes and randomly do the most stupid of shi!, like tell the truth.

Jacqueline is running from a evil man so she knows the deference. Remy makes her feel safe. She’s so trusting and honest. She brings out feelings in him that he is shocked at.

“A fugitive,” he explained easily. “Aren’t they all wanted? Doesn’t that go along with being a fugitive?”

I’m be been looking forward to Remy’s story and oh my gosh it lived up to my every expectation.

“You asked for backup,” Constantine reminded him. “You called Eric and told him to send in his best agent.”

Constantine lifted his hands and gestured toward himself. “Well, wish granted. Here I am.”

I’m so excited about the next book because swoon!!!
Constantine!!!

Oh was Remy ever worth the wait! Look no further for your next book boyfriend. I loved him and Jacqueline together. Tons of chemistry with loads of steam and sexiness. Not to mention the suspense, the humor, and the heart. I don't know how Cynthia Eden does it but each new book in this series is fresh and better than the last. I'm excited for Constantine's story.
