Just a fun cute story that as soon as it was over my daughter asked if we could read it again. In my opinion if a book is good you want to re read it and enjoy it again. So off to read a book I go …

Awwww I love this book so much. It's super simple but just so perfect.

This is Pip the chick's book but she wants her friend Timothy to join in her story. However one problem is that Timothy is a very long weiner dog and just doesn't fit on two pages. Pip has Timothy try different shapes with his body to fit, until finally the page is just extended so he can fit comfortably. I'm assuming in a physical book this would be a folded page.

My favorite and my young kids favorite books are ones that are interactive with the reader. This book has the reader calling for Timothy and rubbing his nose. These interactive features are a huge hit.

The illustration of this story has a color pencil sketch feel. The characters are the only images on a white page and for this story it works. The chick and dog are illustrated brightly and are very cute.

I can see this book being a big hit with young kids around 3/4 of age.

Thank you to Net Galley and Clavis Publishing for the opportunity to read this E-Arc. My review is voluntarily my own.
