No matter how small you may be or how different you are from others, you are still important and still special! What a great message for children to hear in a story with great illustrations. My grandson could absolutely relate to this story and it encourages great conversation. Thanks #NetGalley

Thank you, Clavis Publishing, for the advance reading copy.

I do feel the book is quite appropriate for the reading age group. The book does well with the introduction of the dung beetle and where it lives. The artsyle is unique I would say.
However, I do feel the cover could have been better.

Ernest was sad, no one liked him because he was a stinky dung beetle, but he didn’t make himself that way, so why hate him for what he couldn’t control? This little book teaches us not to hate because of our differences and how we must tolerate and appreciate each other, despite our differences.
