In She Reigns, Tarah-Lynn Saint-Elien shares sections of her diary a she encourages readers to do the hard work of soul-searching to root out our fears and the lies we believe.

Ms. Saint-Elien maintains that we are queens, regardless of how we feel or what the enemy convinces us to believe.

"Once you identify your triggers, fears, and worries, you’ll be ready to combat them with God’s thoughts toward you."

This thought resounded through the book as Ms. Saint-Elien showed us various techniques for harnessing our thoughts and replacing lies with truth. I especially enjoyed how transparent she was with her own struggles.

Readers will be reminded that we can count on God and we should be serious about maintaining a relationship with Him. Not one based on fear but of reverence .

Tarah does such an amazing job with this book! It's so amazing to be able to read on how to reign over your emotions and thoughts as God intended. I think this book is a great resource for everyday devotional and also any women's and men's group. It's important to be able to go to this book as a reminder in the moments we need it the most!!
