Delanie Fitzgerald is my favorite, but Jules was a fun character to get to know in this book! I enjoyed Bijou as well, of course. Although Jules was fun, I didn’t feel super connected to her, which is what’s keeping this from a higher rating. BUT I am so proud to know Heather Weidner and can’t wait to read what she does next!

I absolutely loved this book! The story is so well developed and the characters are so relatable. I love the tiny homes that are in the book. If you are looking for a fun fast paced reed, I highly recommend!!

This story line was hard to follow and at times what not interesting. The plot and characters were good but at time I just got bored with it. I would be willing to try any others if there is more books to come

This book was such a fun time. Although I found the story a bit wandering at times, it was still enjoyable. Glamping is definitely on my bucket list after reading this! I am anxious to read the next book in this popular series.
Thank you NetGalley for providing this copy. The opinion here is solely my own.

Great book by Heather Weidner. I'm really liking this series, and it's characters. This was a fun cozy. I liked trying to figure out who done what. I'll definitely be reading more from this author.

I really liked this book! The setting was great and very well written. I am now very interested in glamping myself. The author really involved every part of the setting in a well thought out way and it really made the book better. I liked the steady pace which never made the book boring nor to intense. It was a good mix between the author telling us what we needed to know and stuff the reader had to figure out by themselves. I was very invested in the book and liked all aspects of it!

This ARC was provided to me via Kindle, from Level Best Books and #NetGalley. Thank you for the opportunity to preview and review. Opinions expressed are completely my own.

Another fun and interesting installment in an already popular cozy mystery series. Mystery and scandal rule this charmer. With main characters you feel like you know, twists and turns keep you reading.

I had to dnf'd this one at 11%. I just didn't like the writing style and the characters were very one dimensional and the plot was too basic.

A new to me author and series. It was the first I read and won't surely be the last as the author did a good job in developing a solid plot that kept hooked and guessing.
The fleshed out characters are likeable and I had a lot of fun.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine

Although I haven't yet read Vintage Trailers and Blackmailers, the first book in the Jules Keene Glamping Mystery series, I was soon hooked after beginning Film Crews and Rendezvous! It didn't take long for me to become acquainted with Jules and her dog, Bijou, from Fern Valley in the Blue Ridge Mountains. With an obligatory murder, the characters are beguiling and the mystery held my attention and kept me guessing. A great tale.

I received a complimentary copy of this novel at my request from Level Best Books via NetGalley and this review is my unbiased opinion.

Bit dull.

The story is a bit repetitive. The days seem to go like this: Jules walks (or drives her golf cart) around the site of her resort and talks to a few people. The next day, Jules walks around the site of her resort and talks to a few people. Not even the people she talks to seem to differ much.

There are a few outliers, when she packs up the stuff of a deceased, or when she snoops around in the tiny house one of her guests is staying. The later is unethical, and using her cleaning staff as a cover even more so.

There doesn’t seem to be much work to do on the resort for Jules, or at least it is rarely mentioned that she does any. She does wander around the film set (on the resort) a lot and everyone always has time to chat with her or is okay with her just hanging around.

And Jules goes out to lunch a lot with her friend Pixel, who has to drive out for at least twenty minutes to get to Fern Valley (so probably also doesn’t have much to keep her occupied in her day job).

Anyway, I found the story far from gripping. Despite the large cast of characters that could have made the story interesting, the plot failed to be entertaining. Too much of the same thing happening, not enough speculation about whodunnit. (The story failed at making more than one character stand out as a possible suspect.)

There were some minor editing issues. A character’s name changed from one paragraph to the next and while Jake had ordered spaghetti he ate a sandwich (and then settled the bill twice).

This is a great book!! I really enjoyed it! When I started reading and discovered that it is set pretty close to where I live, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to enjoy it or if I was going to constantly be noticing things about the area that are wrong, but the location didn’t end up bothering me at all. It held my interest the whole time, too. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the next book in this series

First off thanks to netgalley and etc for providing me an ARC!

The book follows Jules, the owner of a glamoing resort, as she's hosting a popular shows' cast and crew while they film. Trouble is afoot and results in murders. The plot is interesting, I like how the main characters romance isn't involved and she was never a suspect.
However, it is super weird how no one seems bothered at all about people dying. Like the book just moves on so quickly from murder to murder. The book reads choppy because it's a lot of dialog and there isn't much description between conversations.
It was a cute read though!

I enjoyed the characters and the mystery. I loved that its set in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The tiny houses and campers made for a great location. Hollywood has come to Fern Valley, and the one stoplight town may never be the same. Fatal Impressions, takes over Jules Keene’s glamping resort. This was a very entertaining mysteries with fun red herrings through out.

I thoroughly enjoyed this mystery story set in a Hollywood setting. This had me guessing and guessing who the murder was and in the end I was wrong. Heather has created characters who are colorful and she develops them in a way that you will learn about them as you read.

What do you get when you mix Hollywood people and a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains: you get this amazing book. I need to read the first book in the series.

Well I must say I whizzed through this one as it was quite a short read but an enjoyable one too. I love the setting and the Hollywood and film connections and of course to obligatory murder.

The characters are great and each brings its own character and quirkiness to the story. The cast and crew of a popular show take over a small town and this leads to a good murder mystery with lots of suspects, a few laughs and plenty of mystery.

I found this was a book that was very easy to read and most enjoyable too. I think I read it in two sittings as it was a book you pick up and can just keep reading until you find the murderer. And this is what I did.

Great read, very entertaining , a few laughs and lots of intrigue. Loved it.
