One of the best thriller novels I've read in years. Julia Heaberlin has just been getting better and better, but I wasn't sure I would like anything more than We Are All The Same in the Dark. I needn't have worried, because Night Will Find You scooped my insides out and hollowed me completely, in the best way. I've thought of little else but Vivvy Bouchet and her world beneath the vast Texas skies since I finished reading this book. It's lingered with me, and I think it will with you too. 5 spangly, sparkly stars! Thank you to Netgalley and Flatiron Books for the chance to read this advance copy.

I am very much a fan of Julia Heaberlin, and this novel did not disappoint. I would recommend this to any thriller/suspense fan.

Julia Haeberlin is great at slow burning, character driven mysteries. Vivvy Bouchet is an astrophysicist/psychic who is pulled back home to Ft. Worth, TX after her mother’s death. She is then drawn into a police investigation trying to solve a missing person case. There are plenty of flashbacks, and conspiracy theories that come up. My only complaint is the frequent mentions of Elon Musk—those aren’t going to age well, and the release date is still 6 months away.
