this was a great collection of short stories, I had enjoyed the main book in this series. It does what I was expecting and thoroughly enjoyed getting back to this universe. The characters were what I was hoping for and I really had a good time reading these stories. K.T. Munson has a great writing style going on and I am glad I read this.

The masks and hair were identical, save a few he knew were not her. Panic overcame him. The announcer called for his choice, and the women froze, one arm up behind them and one arm down as they were caught mid-bow."

Haklf Gate is so intriguing and captivating and suspenseful you'll be up late because you won't want to put it down. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Science fiction is one of my favourite genres. So of course I had to pick this up. It was great. I loved it and want to read more books with similar concepts to this!
