I’m not too sure what I’d rate this. This book certainly had some highs and low points - I think maybe the concept wasn’t as well thought out as it should’ve been and that they didn’t take the time to really hone in on somethings. I do see the purpose in it though and hope to see more books like this in the near future.

What a beautiful book! I would add this to my list of gift giving ideas for friends. The outline of the book is fabulous and I enjoyed how the illustration graphics lined up with each page. Thanks to NetGalley for the advanced copy!

This is a lovely thought of a book. I don’t think it’s a cure for sleep issues or anything, but it’s filled with great affirmations and intentions. I’m not sure it would be something I’d use very much but I could see it being helpful for someone else.

Dreams: 100 Meditations for a Good Night's Sleep is the second book I've read by Elicia Rose Trewick, and I continue to be impressed by her! She has a gentle, compassionate, and down to earth manner of writing that I find quite readable, relatable, and calming.

In this book, she turns her affirmations and meditations towards peaceful and restorative sleep - something all of us need and many of us struggle with. With so much going on in our daily lives, it can be difficult to turn it off and let it go at night. Reading this book helped me to learn techniques to dial it down, quiet my thoughts, and let go of the ending day. I'm not going to lie and say this won't take some practice and time, but the author has given me tools to help and now it's up to me to apply them consistently.

My thanks to the author and to Rock Point for allowing me to read a digital ARC of this book vias NetGalley. Publication is set for 1/3/23. All opinions voiced in this review are my own and are freely given.

I have had difficulties sleeping in the last couple of years that have never been a problem in the past for me. I'm always open for new ways of helping myself and this affirmations book while not clinical assistance was absolutely lovely.
