Not only are the recipes in this cookbook mouth-watering but it's a healthy way to cook/eat. If you want to slow the aging process and who doesn't, this book will guide you with the right recipes to include in your diet. If you have chronic pain, again this cookbook will guide you. All of these things are caused by inflammation and it can be stopped by what we eat. We can change the course and while doing it, we can eat really good food!

My favorite recipes that I have tried so far were the Turkey-Sage Swedish Meatballs and Double Chocolate Banana Muffins, but there are so many more I am looking forward to trying.

This cookbook has a helpful introduction section and a wide array of recipes. I was hoping it would be more plant-based recipes, but the book does have a meatless meals and sides section. This book also contains many recipes with eggs, some of which can be substituted out, but keep in mind it's not tailored to those of us who cannot consume eggs. I really enjoyed that the recipes are soy free and whole foods based. I recommend this cookbook for anyone who is gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. With some creativity, this book can also be used by those who eat a plant-based diet but I would not recommend it as the go-to source.

Very nice cookbook! Simple and easy to follow. It starts explaining about the basics of the Anti-inflammatory diet, foods that can help and food that can contribute to inflammation. Then it shows recipes for breakfast, dips. Pasta and grains, poultry and pork, beef, seafood, meatless meals and beverage. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

THE EASY ANTI-INFLAMMATORY COOKBOOK by Molly Thompson is subtitled "Simple Recipes that Heal and Support Immune Health." Like her earlier efforts, this cookbook begins with some basic information about inflammation and then includes chapters on breakfast, on snacks, and on pasta. These are followed by poultry&pork, beef, and seafood, with the final two chapters concentrating on meatless meals and on beverages. The recipes tend to be fairly complex and are probably suited to a more experienced, committed cook. For example, Paleo Coffee Cake Doughnuts with Crumble Topping had between one and two dozen ingredients, including three kinds of flour (almond, tapioca, and coconut). Ingredients are a bit unusual (at least to me), too; the appetizing Spicy Chicken Thai-Inspired Lettuce Wraps called for coconut aminos, chili paste, and toasted sesame oil. The pictures are colorful, with one for approximately every three or four recipes. There is no nutritional information, but number of servings and dietary designations (e.g., dairy free, gluten free, vegan, etc.) are included, with some helpful "pro tips" also interspersed.

I really appreciated all of the delicious foods in this book and the fantastic photography that went with it (I eat with my eyes!) The recipes were varied and all tasty. I didn't find too many new ones in this book (I read a lot of cook books across different dietary requirements) but if you're new to cookbooks then I would for sure recommend this one to you.

This is a great, easy to follow cookbook. I’ve always been interested in starting an anti-inflammatory diet, but wasn’t sure where to start. This cookbook looks like the perfect place to start.

Easy to follow recipes. Beautiful pictures. And lots of different types of foods. Everyone is bound to find something they’d enjoy trying in this cookbook.

Can’t wait to get cooking!

As an RD2Be (registered dietitian to be), I think this is a great collection of recipes to suggest to a patient or client who is looking to reduce their chronic inflammation and state of disease. The recipes are easy to follow and sound absolutely delicious (everything bagel chicken salad? creamy penne arrabbiata? sign me up)! This lovely little cookbook offers a vast range of recipes, catering to all audiences from the meat eaters to the vegan, vegetable lovers. Readers will find many vegan based dishes, but they offer ingredients that will help protect the body, rather than continue causing harm to it!

This is a nice recipe book. There's a variety of recipes throughout this book. A lot of the meals are plant-based and avoid things like dairy and other inflammatory foods. The book also talks a bit about making an anti-inflammatory diet and the benefits from it. While some of the meals may take a bit of time, this is a helpful recipe book.

This is a solid collection of recipes designed to help relieve inflammation and the physical issues that result from it. The author talks a bit about her own experiences and follows this with a basic discussion of what an anti-inflammatory way of eating looks like. She has little symbols to indicate recipes that are vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, etc. The photographs give an indication of what the finished result looks like. There are many recipes in the book that I look forward to making.

I am on an anti-inflammatory diet for endometriosis. This book had some good recipes at all levels of cooking skill. A lot involved ingredients I personally wouldn't eat, but perhaps they could be modified.
