This is the second book in the Rocky Mountain series, taking us back to Independence Junction, a small town with healing powers!
The main characters, Tyler and Pat are faced with danger and drama, with a mystery to solve!
The storyline is amazing, great characters with good hearts! I think the suspense, together with the strong sense of belonging, is a perfect combination, enjoy!

Thanks to the publisher, NetGalley and author for the opportunity to read this book.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Different characters that are connected to the main characters of the previous series. I love how Virginia Fox wrote it seamlessly intertwining one book to the other. Book 2 successfully combines a new-and-old mix of family and townsfolk in a pressure-cooker plot that never lets up on chuckles, suspense, and romance. Highly recommended and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.

Rocky Mountain Star is the second book that have read by Virginia Fox and I look forward to reading more. Rocky Mountain Star is the newest release in the Rocky Mountain Romances series and I can’t wait to read the next one. I really loved getting to visit Independence Junction and it’s citizens again in Tyler and Pat’s story. There is a danger lurking in the small town of Independence Junction and in its sights is a injured ballerina. Will they find out who this dangerous predator is in time? Read Rocky Mountain Star to find out.
I really enjoyed visiting with all the sweet, nosy, and sometimes quirky characters of Independence. If you like to read small town romances with some suspense, then this might be the story for you.

This was a great read.. I really loved Tyler and Patrick's story. Alot of romance, a bit of suspense and a grand conclusion. Couldn't put it down

Even if there's potential I didn't care for the characters and the story fell flat.
Not my cup of tea.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine

I received an arc from NetGalley and this is my honest opinion.

Tyler, A ballerina is hurt and while recovering learns some great lessons and meets Pat again.

Lots of bumps along the way but will Pat and Tyler see through these bumps and end up together?

I must admit that the description of the plot seemed very interesting but I just couldn't relate to the characters and the writing. It focuses too much on unimportant details and jumping from past to present was to abrupt for my liking.

This story take the readers back to Independence Junction, CO. A close knitted small town where everyone is friendly but also knows your business.
After a fall during a performance, dancer Tyler Carter finds herself back home with an injured knee and wondering what her future will be like.
Pat West is an architect that is not only a friend of Tyler’s future sister in law, but also in town to restore a beautiful historic house.
Imagine their surprise when their summer one nightstand is in front of them. As times proceeds , feelings develop as does a mysterious and dangerous stalker that is after Tyler.
While I commend the author in her precise, correct and detailed information of a dancer’s life and injuries, there were also some discrepancies in date of birth of a famous dancer and a very unrealistic scene at the airport, since unless one is a passenger no one is allowed to the gates.
Also jumping scenes from the past and different couples was distracting for this reader.
I was entrusted a copy of this book by Netgalley. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
