This is basic information presented in a way that makes it manageable for those with a busy lifestyle and who may become overwhelmed by the number of tasks that they need to complete. Setting a five-minute timer really helps to make it easier to chip away at unpleasant tasks. This is a quick and easy read offering a way to be more efficient. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for providing me with this ARC.

This was a great read with 5 minute things to do which can improve your live. For the past weeks I tried to get two things already in my system which were hydrate and 5 min declutter. Being more hydrated really improved my energy and well being. Decluttering makes easy more than 5 min and starts to improve my house and mind!

Love it, great book. Recommend it.

Less a book and more of an article? It did not take long at all to read. It does over-simplify some processes, but I’m not sure if I’d call them useful “hacks” on the whole.

It’s a small self-help book with 19 “life hacks” and you can probably read the whole book in 5 minutes. The tips are like “Life Hack #4 yoga”, “Life Hack #11 Declutter”. “Life Hack #18 Hydrate” and it talks a bit about each. Not a book for me, and not what I was expecting. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

I don't know if expected more with this one, but it was incredibly short, oversized font, and the hacks were somewhat common sense.

Awesome! Shirt and easy hacks for all aspects of adult life. Some I knew and others I was grateful to learn. You'll definitely want to grab a copy.

This is a quick read, full of motivational tips to improve your life. From the philosophy of baby steps comes a listing of how to take control and improve our life. The book is easy to read, easy to digest, and easy to implement. And the five minutes is just a start. But a start it is. The book was a nice blue print to a pick me up life and is a dose of actionable optimism.

I picked this book up because the title intrigued me, the shortness of 5 mins feels so do-able and I’m always look for ways to improve my quality of life. This is a super short and punchy book which has some fabulous tips. A lot of them I had come across before because I read a fair bit in this genre, but I still found it highly motivating - so well done!
