This was so much fun! It's a twisty mix of Gossip Girl and Primates of Park Avenue. I loved all the drama and the unexpected way everything is pulled together at the end. Great weekend or beach/poolside binge read!

Set in NYC, parents of middle schoolers will do anything to further their kids education. All that fake ass kissing and perfect personas they show to the world is draining. Now a taboo tell all app offering total anonymity is the hot trend to write your dirty secrets with no chance of it knowing it’s you. Until it’s hacked and it’s not anonymous anymore…

“Never played with. Never truly cherished. Harris Ridley liked to collect beautiful things. He had a Maserati he never drove, a Monet he hadn’t hung, a vintage Rolex he never wore. And he had Poppy.”

Three private school moms living on the Upper East Side of Manhattan have something to hide. When they anonymous social media app they all use is hacked and their secrets become available to be found, the damage control begins, but not everyone is going to survive the fallout.

This was interesting at times and I kind of loved the Gossip Girl feel of it, with the anonymous posts to the app and all. I also always enjoy a multi-POV so that was a plus for me. However, this wasn't all that thrilling. It read more as a Desperate Housewives style drama, maybe with some mystery, but you don't even know there is a murder to solve until it is all uncovered. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it.

I absolutely LOVED Just One Look. The book this author came out with last. If you are interested in this one, try that one instead. It is VERY UNIQUE and FUN. This one however seems like a story I've read many times before. I think I am over the Big Little Lies troupe of rich people behaving badly. It's just not working for me anymore. I want to read about people that seem more real to me. I will definitely look forward to the authors next book even though I didn't love this one. The audio narrator did a great job in this one of conveying emotions in this story. But not enough to save the story for me. Thank you to Kate Publicity for my copy and also to publisher/netgalley/PRH audio for my digital and audio copy.

A bunch of 1 percenters on the Upper East Side and their anonymous online message board? What could go wrong?

This book really scratched my itch for domestic suspense featuring rich people behaving very poorly. That is a genre/subgenre I return to time and time again, and sometimes, these books can be hokey. This one is not. It’s just deliciously soapy. It was a fun story, a quick read and I loved the voice. I realized I’ve had the author’s “Biglaw” on my Goodreads TBR for years, and now I’m excited to check out her backlist.

This is deliciously soap opera-y in the very best way! SUCH a fun read! Twisty, dramatic, often over the top, and fantastic!

It was all confidential. Right up to the moment when it wasn’t.

UrbanMyth: It was lauded as an alternative to the performative, show-your-best-self platforms—an anonymous discussion board grouped by zip code. The residents of Manhattan’s exclusive Upper East Side disclosed it all, things they would never share with their friends or their spouses: secret bank accounts, steamy affairs, tidbits of juicy gossip. These are the same parents who would go to astonishing lengths to ensure their children gain admission to the most prestigious boarding schools and universities. So when a “hacktivist” group breaks into the forum and exposes the real identity behind each poster, the repercussions resound down Park Avenue with a force none could have anticipated.

And someone will end up dead.

Will it be Heather, the outsider who would do anything to get her daughter into the elite’s good graces and into even better schools? Norah, the high-powered suit failing to balance work and the emotional responsibilities of motherhood? Or Poppy, perfect on the outside but hiding more than her share of secrets?

Each of them has something to hide. Each of them will do anything to keep their secrets hidden. And each of them just might kill to protect their own.

Thanks to NetGalley and Random House - Ballantine for the free ARC in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed herein are my own.

A slow burn focusing on three mothers from the rich Upper East side and their kids messes and their own. Throw in a murder and you have a scandal worth reading.

This was a thrilling book! The hairs on the back of my neck stood up while reading.
The characters creeped me out (in a good way), the storyline moved quickly, and I had a hard time putting this book down.

Lindsay Cameron's debut novel grabbed me and sucked me in in a way I never expected, so I had extremely high hopes for No One Needs to Know. While I didn't blaze through it with the intensity that I read Just One Look, I did enjoy it. Cameron has a knack for characterization that really worked for this story, as the perspective shifts were very clear and obvious. That's a challenging thing to do, and it was done well. I ultimately just wasn't as invested in the mystery this time around - no judgement to the author there. Solid book that I would definitely recommend.

I am always a big fan of UES scandals and this book was chock full of them! It read like a grown up Gossip Girl and I loved the Urban Myth platform plot point!

When I write a formal review, I'll edit this!

I absolutely loved this book! It was psychologically suspenseful and dramatic. Everything I love in a book (also, love Gossip Girl and this reminded me of that high class society). When everything got leaked, I saw how even more dramatic it would get at that moment. Highly recommend!

This book started and ended well, but the middle was very chaotic! It was hard to keep up with the different characters and plot points throughout. The author did a good job of tying things together, and I didn’t expect the ending.

Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and the author, for an ARC of this book, in exchange for an honest review.
I read "Just One Look" by Lindsay Cameron & loved it so I was very excited to see her next book available to review.
"No One Needs To Know" didn't disappoint me.
It was interesting, addictive, twisty & unique.
The ending was a complete surprise.
I can't wait to read what Ms. Cameron decides to write next.

No One Needs to Know is about three mothers, Poppy, Norah and Heather. I honestly was not invested in any of these women nor any of the other characters in the story.
Not a page turner for me. Bit of a struggle to get through.
All in all, a ok read with some intriguing elements. Just not a book I’d read again.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and author for the opportunity to read this book for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

This was a story set in the Upper East Side of New York among the city's elite 1%. They're all vying for their children to land a spot in a prestigious boarding school when one of their own ends up dead.
Will they be able to use the anonymous online platform, UrbanMyth, to find out who did it? One wouldn't think so until the website is hacked and everyone's post become exposed!

This story was a little slow for me in the beginning, but it quickly picked up and drew me in! It was a little confusing with the chapters flipping from character to character until I learned better who everyone was. I didn't see the twist at the end coming at all so that was a nice surprise! I do wish we would've learned about how the kiddos faired since the book started out centered around that but then ended with solving the murder. I feel as if it's missing that entire part of the story. All in All it was a good book with a great twist at the end. 3.5 stars is my final review!

I love a book that takes place in New York City and focuses on the elite. Rich people behaving poorly? Count me in! This book focuses on one Upper Eastside neighborhood where neighbors share their secrets and air their dirty laundry on a site called Urban Myth, anonymously. The site is eventually hacked and all hell breaks loose.
This book shows the CRAZY lengths some people will go to get their children into the top, most prestigious schools.
I found this one to start off slow, but it did eventually pick up. I could not stand any of the characters. They were over the top obnoxious. This one did have some twists, and one that I didn’t expect!

I really enjoyed this book, in a time where everyone shares everything on the internet this book hit the mail on the head. People have such a false sense of security when it comes to “anonymous” posts. In the real world things like that can and will definitely come back to bite you like a snake. I really liked and despised several of the characters in the very best way. The twist at the end was unexpected and I loved it!!

UrbanMyth is an anonymous forum where anyone can disclose anything. This quickly becomes an issue when the app is hacked and reveals who posted which items. For the wealthy residents of Upper East Side, it divulges all their secrets, leading to many being questioned in regards to a missing member of the community. Overall, a quick mystery with characters who aren't particularly likeable but still leave the reader wanting to figure out what really happened.

In this neighborhood of Upper East Side Manhattan, social standing and money is everything! There isn’t any lengths these parents wont go to make sure their child is accepted into the best boarding schools, which is preparation for their child’s Ivy League college’s acceptance. In their down time some of the parents spend their time on UrbanMyth, which is a completely anonymous discussion board , where residents post their gossip, or ask personal questions, and even reveal their deep dark secrets anonymously .
Soon three moms Poppy, Norah, and Heather learn that nothing remains anonymous, but when someone ends up dead and UrbanMyth gets hacked , they soon find themselves suspects. Each of them has a secret to keep, but whose willing to kill to to make sure it’s never revealed? These moms are at each others throats! The drama and back stabbing was crazy! The story is told in three POV. I enjoyed that no one was safe from the website!
