Another cute, silly book in the Narwhal and Jelly series! Halloween is a classic holiday and I’m happy they made a book for it.

Our family absolutely LOVE Narwal and Jelly books, so I jumped at the chance to read this! My 3-year old son and I really enjoyed it. I love how fun and silly the stories are. They focus on imagination, teamwork and friendship. And it included some super cool trivia about lots of different animals. It may be a Halloween book, but it’s not too scary (just the right amount of spooky). Ill definitely be buying the physical book once it’s released to add to our bookshelf!

Ben Clanton's Halloween Narwal and Jelly book is fantastic. My child and I have been a fan of these books since the beginning and this one continues the tradition. This book is fun, adventurous, and full of puns and great illustrations. At the same time, it teaches some biology. A Super Scary Narwhalloween also helps children process how to deal with things that are scary and like sea monsters that might eat your best friend. As Narwhal prepares for Halloween, Jelly faces his fears...including an unexpected encounter with a monster. Like all of the previous books in this series, Ben Clanton has done an outstanding job making Narwhal, Jelly, and their friends so much fun for readers. This graphic novel will appeal to elementary readers of all ages.

This is another super cute installment into the Narwhal and Jelly series, and I love how it is another holiday themed one. I will always recommend these.

Another great addition to the Narwhal and Jelly series. The illustrations are beautiful, and I think kids will enjoy the light-hearted plot.

Narwhal and Jelly her back just in time for Halloween. Narwhal is so excited about the costume and the scary stuff and what he wants to be. He can’t decide should he be a ghost, a vampire, movie star, who knows! However, Jelly does not like the scary stuff and dreads Halloween. But when a monster threatens his friend, he’s going to put on his super cape and put his fears behind him. Just like all the Narwhal books, these are super fun. They are for early readers, and they always make one laugh and smile. Their simplicity is what makes them memorable and a pleasure to read.

Now, I will be honest and say I’ve never read any of the other books in this series.

That said, this book is adorable. I’m of the opinion that children’s books shouldn’t require you to read the whole series to enjoy, which makes this one perfect. Even without knowing any of the characters, it was easy to follow along thanks to the simple writing and the adorable pictures.

Also, it includes facts about real sea creatures!!!

A Super Scary Narwhalloween is such a cute book. The illustrations are great and so is the silly story line. Plus there's learning some animal facts along the way.

Narwhal and Jelly are at it again. What a creative book. I wish I could get in Ben Clanton's head. He comes up with some great stories. Surprise appearance by a favorite character too.

This was a super cute short graphic novel for kids. My daughter thought it was so fun and looked forward to seeing what narwhal was going to dress up as for Halloween. She was also so happy when jelly overcame fears to save their friend.

Narwhal and Jelly are back at it again, but this time in the spirit of Halloween. You find fearless Narwhal super excited for the upcoming holiday, and Jelly a little less enthused. You follow Jelly coming into courage, and Narwhal of course continuing to be obsessed with Waffles. A cute graphic novel for a younger audience, definitely a great option for those beginning to read graphic novels.

Who doesn't love Narwhal? Once again, Narwhal will prove irresistible to my young readers. This is a perfect addition to my Media Center's Narwhal and Halloween collection simultaneously.
It will certainly appeal more so to those young elementary school readers who might be a bit leery of Halloween and its scarier aspects. Narwhal will help to ease that anxiety and serve to up the fun factor at the same time.
The illustrations are so vivid and eye-catching and the story simple enough to engage the reader in a vibrant fashion. So much fun!

I love reading Narwhal and Jelly books with my kids. They love them and love reading their new adventures! As a parent, this is a great series because it is for kids starting chapter books but will has a lot of pockets as a graphic novel. This adventure was amazingly cute and perfect for Halloween. Jelly was in the book more than Narwhal and he captured the book! Please keep writing this series as it is a favorite of my kids!

My kid absolutely LOVES the Narwhal and Jelly books! This one was no different for them.
The pictures of A Super Scary Narwhalloween are very colorful and very well illustrated. It was also a super cute, quick, fun and easy read for my kid. They highly recommend.

My son (age 4.5) and I read this book last night and he LOVED it. He loves Halloween and got a kick out of all of the costumes Narwhale tried on. He also enjoyed the mystery of who was the creepy "monster". As a parent and teacher, I loved that Jelly was scared but was also brave and had the help of his friends to overcome his fears. Awesome book!

Another great installment of Narwhal and Jelly! Narwhal is look forward to Halloween and tries our several costumes. Jelly is not so sure! Filled with fun illustrations, friendship, and of course, waffles! My kids loved this book!

Oh man this is a great book for young readers transitioning from young picture books. I haven't yet read any of the books in this series but I am for sure going to pick up the previous ones to add to our collection of books.

This is a young/beginner reader style comic picture book. That follows the two main characters Narwhal and Jelly. In this story they are preparing for Halloween. Narwhal is trying to determine his costume but can't decide. Jelly isn't into Halloween as it's too scary. I loved how then Narwhal attempts to find the non scary twists to monsters, witches, and vampires. Making them fun and less spooky for his friend.

In between the main story sections there are fun facts. In this book specifically it's about sea animals that have either scary names or look scary. Like the vampire squid or gulper eel. Then why they are not sealife to fear.

In the end Jelly's character arc finds his moment to be brave and help his friends to be brave as well.

Can't wait to check out the other books in this series.
