Thank you to NetGalley and Recorded Books for this ARC! I enjoyed this twisty and fast paced thriller. I liked that it had two different narrators for Molly and Rita because it made it easy to follow both POVs. My only complaint was that the identity of the killer felt out of left field, but I enjoyed the ending and story throughout.

On the night of her husband Jay’s birthday party, Molly finds him murdered in his office. During the course of Detective Rita Myers’ investigation many other secrets are uncovered about Molly, her past and her group of friends.
“All The Dark Places” is a debut thriller from Terri Parlato that I could not put down. I finished this in one day because I was so invested in Molly’s story. I will be definitely be following what’s next from Terri Parlato!
I appreciated the different narrators for Molly and Rita. They both did an excellent job embracing their very different characters.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher to the opportunity to read this in exchange for my review.

The morning after Molly Bradley throws a birthday bash for her psychologist husband, Jay, she finds him murdered in his home office. Seasoned detective Rita Myers catches the case and begins to probe into Jay’s personal and professional life. As Rita investigates it becomes clear that Jay was not the man Molly thought he was, but then Molly isn’t quite the woman she’s claiming to be either. Told from both Molly and Rita’s perspectives this was a solid thriller/police procedural, the best part being Rita Meyers, a woman of a certain age who proves she still has what it takes to solve a brutal murder

There was one part of the plot that had me screaming at everyone that they were idiots. And it isn't till towards the end that it grts addressed. There were also a couple of side plots that I thought were unnecessary.
Otherwise, All the Dark Places led me in a million directions and I was sure I was going the right way. I was so lost, Google Maps told me to get a grip.
It is captivating right from the beginning, and even when you think all the twists have come? Put on your seat belt because you have no clue....
