I am sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t have the time to read this anymore and have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

So sorry. This book just wasn’t for me. I couldn’t get into the plot at all. I just didn’t like the main character enough to keep reading.

I will admit that when I started reading this book, I was a little confused because I didn't read the first book. With that being said I feel in love with the characters and their world.
This is the second in a fun, sexy fantasy series.
100% will be reading the next book

Story: 3.75 ★★★★
Spice 0 🔥 (fade to black)

Reading Inflamed By Love should be preceded by the first book in the series. I did not read that book, so it took me a while to get into this book. I loved the premise, bikers, paranormal, and romance; it was an interesting tale. It was an easy read with very low steam and faded to black spicy scenes. I struggled with the story's pacing the most, along with jumps in scenes that didn't seem to flow well to me. As I said, I enjoyed the lore the author is building in her world and liked the gifts the characters displayed. I particularly loved their connection with nature and the elements. The good guys were very good, and the bad guys were a pain. I would recommend it; however, I would strongly suggest reading the first book in the series before this one. The flow of the story will be improved for you.

I was looking forward to see where Nik & Noelle’s story was going to lead us when starting this second book in the Sleigh Riders series after the open ending in "Frozen by Lies"

I did struggle to get into the story for the first half of the book. And it did take me a while to get used to the quick switches between people in the story the 3rd person narrative is following.
That being said I did enjoy the journey of both clans finding each other and seeing the main families interact. I especially liked how Nova helped most of the frost clan discover the extent of their gifts.

Just like in the first book, the story picked-up in the last 100pages and get me intrigued to read-on. So I was at the edge of my seat to discover more on Noelle’s father when all of a sudden there was the end of the book .. what the ????
I need to know what happens now ASAP!! .. pretty please :)

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the chance to read a free advanced copy of this ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Rating: 5/5
I received a copy of eARC for my honest opinion.

Are you always afraid of picking up the second book of a series, the worry is it going to be better than the first or worse? No worries with this book, it was fantastic! It picks up right where book 1 left off and wow it just keeps getting better and better with every page.

I loved this author's writing style, just enough information to keep you going but not too much where you find yourself in an info dump. I loved that nothing was revealed too much but just enough to make me not want to put the book down, It will keep you on your toes with all the shocking news and events happening. However, that cliffhanger at the end. So, so cruel that I have to wait to find out. I just hope that book 3 will come out soon.

I loved that we got to see the old characters but also new ones and with the last book I was not a huge fan of Noelle but in this book I found myself becoming more and more able to connect with her. I still love that feisty attitude from her but I got to see more from her. I loved her protective side towards her new family and that she shows how much she cares about them. I think Nikolaus is perfect for Noelle, he is caring, understanding, helpful, patient and passionate and I just LOVE his family so much. Even the broody Brighid, I can’t wait to see if we get more of a story about him. Grandma and Grandpa Frost are the world's greatest parents/grandparents ever, and I am so happy that grandpa Frost got over his issues with the Klaus family, that just made my heart swell with happiness for Elle.

I loved that the plot had a lot of twists and turns and that ending one was a huge whopper of one. In this book you will really get to see the plot come out more but with the same amount of attention to the characters. You will see how the characters are developing more throughout the plot. I really could feel the love of the found family, and the love for one another throughout the book. I would say more but honestly you really need to read the first book and then this book and you will see how great these books are and the author.

I can’t wait to see what book 3 will give us and if it will have the same feel as the first 2. If you love books with fated mates, found families, action and drama, romance and magic, broody family members, and an epic cliffhanger you need to pick up these books.

I want to thank NetGalley/WWN Publishing Group and Martha Sweeney for the opportunity to review this book.

I believe that I am more in love with Inflamed by Love as book #2 than I was with book #1, Frozen by Lies!!! Not that the first one wasn't just as amazing, of course!! Inflamed by Love just carries on the story from book one, and so you're supposed to be more in love with the second book!!

I cried twice already while reading it, and felt all lovey-dovey butterflies in my tummy while reading all the love going on!!! Because it's spreading!! The love train has arrived to the station and almost everyone is boarding!!

I love Nikolaus and Noelle , but damn I sure do love reading about the other budding romances happening in book #2!!! Nikolaus and Noelle have sparked a revolution of friendship, family, and unions!!

This book was so beautiful, and the story was fully heartfelt. I love the character growth that we see developing in Inflamed by Love, because it's both from Nikolaus and Noelle , and everyone else that interacts with them. This is the growth you want to see!! It was just so perfect!!

And boy do you get some redemption arcs in this book!! That's another thing that had me crying!!

I am so super duper excited for when book three comes out, and can barely wait, even though I know I must!! Especially with the cliffhanger!! OMG!!! So exciting!!!!!!!!!!

ARC from netgalley

This series has a really interesting premise - bikers living in clans with elemental powers! Romeo and Juliet like romance between two warring clans!
This is book two in the series!

We pick up where we left off with Noelle and Nikolaus? Our festive themed Romeo and Juliet.
A really unique cast of characters and an interesting take on elemental powers!
I’ve enjoyed following the love story of our two main characters, and how their family fits into this new stage in their lives.
I hadn’t read the first book prior to starting this ARC so had to read that first, and I’m glad I did as otherwise I would have been very confused.

The premise really drew me in but the book itself and the storyline did struggle to keep me hooked. I wanted to find out more about Noelle’s family and her father but this is something that only really happens right at the end of the book.

Spice:
Very mild/no spice, all fade to black with minimal content beforehand.

Critique’s
There is a fair amount of pregnancy talk - every time there’s a sex scheme they refer to it as baby making practice later on and this did start to get old quite quickly. Also these people have not known each other for long and that is a trope that I do struggle with.
With so many similar names I did also really struggle to keep track of who everyone was!
There are a few typos throughout the book so that could do with rectification as it easily takes you out of the story.

Overall - an interesting premise, interesting magic, and good lore; but I did struggle to stay engaged throughout.

Thank you to NetGalley and WWN Publishing Group Original Title for granting me a free ARC for my opinion.

This story is full of adventure, challenges, personal growth and new love. The new love is cheeky and a bit steamy with many fade to black scenes.

Written in multiple points of view, with many layers of things happening concurrently kept the pace moving. There is a lot going on, but it is written well and not overwhelming.

The whole vibe is a small rural community feel, family secrets, with elemental gifts and in the current day.

I did not read the first in this series as recommended, so I expected that it would take me longer to get into the book or there might just be some things I was missing. But once I got into the story I did not feel lost.

Overall great story!

I was provided an ARC for an honest review. All the opinions are my own.

I will admit that when I started reading this book, I was a little confused because I didn't read the first book. With that being said I feel in love with the characters and their world. It got me interested in book one and I will definitely be buying it to see what I missed.

I received this eARC from NetGalley. I was excited to receive Inflamed by Love because it’s the second book in the Sleigh Riders Trilogy.

I really enjoyed the continued world building and magic seen in the different clans. I continued to enjoy the banter between Noelle and Nik. Of course we have another cliff hanger at the end of the book! I need to know what happens next!

One thing I did not like, was the overwhelming amount of side plots and dialogues between the many characters from each of the clans. I think it helped to show that healing and restoration was happening back at home, but it made parts of the book feel like a chore for me to read. It made the middle of the book seem to take too long and I felt it took away from Noelle’s search for her father.

I feel that the book should be read in order - you won’t be able to keep up with the characters and sun plots without having read the first book.

I look forward to book three to see how things are wrapped up an and if Noelle gets the answers she’s looking for.

What a fantastic continuation of the series. I didn't expect what has been revealed (with more to figure out) which kept me on the edge of every page turned while reading. I don't want to give away anything for those who have not read this book or the first one in the series (Frozen by Lies), but much is revealed and there is much more that is to be uncovered. Characters you thought you didn't like (hated) in the first book get to share more of themselves and have their own way of "shining" as the Blades and Sleighers are forced to work together. The ending..Gah! Definitely a cliffhanger. Reader be warned. I NEED the third book right now to know how it all comes together.

This is the second in a fun, sexy fantasy series. I loved the first book, and this one is equally good. Okay, at times I’m a bloke with an emotional soft centre, and this book had me grabbing for tissues to wipe away the happy tears. Noelle’s life journey continues as the rivalry between the Frost and Klaus Biker Clans continues to have repercussions, good and bad, as family secrets are revealed. Thank you to Expresso Book Tours and NetGalley for the ARC. The views expressed are all mine, freely given.

Another strong sequel in the Sleigh Riders series, it had what I enjoyed from Frozen by Lies and from Martha Sweeney. It was what I was hoping for from the plot and did what I was expecting from it. It worked in the paranormal romance genre and I'm glad it continued. The characters were what I was hoping for and am glad that the series continued.

"With the wave of her left hand, the snow along the ground sweeps sideways with a gust of wind. Many people shift their feet and glance down, curious about what is happening. As her right hand moves, an igloo is formed around a large group of people. With the sway of her hands to the side, two sculptures form on either side of the band, forcing several people to move. One is to emulate the Great Father while the other is the Great Mother."

This was a quick read for me. It was very interesting to see how the author brought more of the story together. If you've read the first one, you must read this.

I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own
