Thank you so much to Leah Miles, Driven, and Netgalley for the arc of this read.

What a helpful little read this was. One of the more helpful cleaning books I've read in my journey to tame the chaos of living with 4 pets and 2 kids that are home all the time! This offers quick solutions for the day to day, and deep cleaning explanations for the more in depth clean sessions. I found a lot of helpful information between these pages and some methods I implemented immediately. Highly recommended for those who need a little extra help in understanding how to keep your space tidy.

This was my first time picking up a book about cleaning. For there to be cool little home remedy recipes for healthy cleaning was an added benefit I wasn't expecting from this book.

Great books with tips and tricks. It does seem a little for beginners but I loved some of the tips. I love the use of vinegar and water. So easy and useful. This would be a wonderful book for a young housewife.

A quick little book to help inspire you on your cleaning journey. If you're new to the world of cleaning in a more natural way, this could be very helpful for you. It offers natural solutions while also noting when the tougher chemicals will help. I am personally not new to that world, so a lot of this stuff was a refresher. However, I still found some great tips and motivation inside!

Thank you to Zeitgeist and NetGalley for the advanced copy!

You Need This Book !! - I needed this book and did not even know it! -- The Little Book of Cleaning Tips.

"There is no place like home" is sometimes true at my house, but not most of the time. This book will inspire you to declutter and clean. Who knew I could be INSPIRED to do this! Clean and clutter free is good for our mental health as well as looking really good. Sorting and scrubbing can help you work thru anxiety and stress. And relaxing at the end of the day in a clean serene space helps us recharge. Are you inspired yet? I was.

This book is full of quick cleaning routines, helpful hacks and deep cleaning projects for doing in every room of your home and there are no expensive tools required. Routine cleansing takes 20 minutes or less. and makes a space feel clean and serene. Deep cleaning takes more time and elbow grease but these tasks are so satisfying for the soul when they are done. Find a cleaning schedule that works for you - there is an example on page 79. This example recommends what to do daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. I plan to start with this schedule and modify as I go.

Kitchen was the first place that gets routine cleaning in the book. Each task starts with a list of what you will need to complete that task. There are cleaning techniques for your countertops by type of material. Tips for decluttering countertops (I really needed to be encouraged to do this one). Cleaning tips for your sink and disposal. Then the book moves to stove top and refrigerator. Oh no - not the refrigerator! There is a page for the kitchen called five ways to freshen up in five minutes that is really helpful. Then there are cleaning tips for appliances that you use in the kitchen.

Deep cleaning for the kitchen is about cleaning your dishwasher, oven, trash bin, recycling bin, microwave and backsplash. Most of the deep cleaning tasks are on the schedule for monthly or once a year. Most of the routine cleaning is on the scheduled for daily or weekly.

Happy Cleaning! This book should make 2023 my best year yet for mental health, anxiety and stress. I hope to be relaxing in a much more clean and serene space.

This is packed with excellent suggestions for cleaning every room in the house, checklists, and even how to clean your cleaning supplies! Leah N. Miles even includes how to clean small items, such as remote controls. I also like her emphasis on using natural products, such as white vinegar. It's hard to get motivated to clean at times, but this book certainly helps!

I received this free ebook from NetGalley in return for an honest review.

Perfect timing for this to be available at the start of a new year when everyone is trying to be more proactive about keeping thier living spaces cleaned. Being a frugal housewife, I found that there are many resources available at my fingertips that can be used for cleaning that I wasn’t aware of. Nearing the end of the first month, I can say that reading this book gave me the cleansing bug, so to speak. It has inspired me to find. A cleaning routine that works for me.

**Thank you to Leah N. Miles, NetGalley and Zeitgeist for allowing me to receive an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review!** This is a book that everyone should own! I absolutely loved how there were different levels of cleaning included. It is important to realize when things need to be deep cleaned but it's so helpful to be able to have simpler ways to do upkeep cleaning. I really enjoyed all of these tips and it really has helped me to figure out better ways to clean my home. It's especially helpful because I am moving and I want to be certain that I am returning my old place to a clean reset home. I really enjoyed the tip about the ceiling fans because I had never thought of doing that!!

This is just what I needed. I often have had reactions to bought cleaning solutions so this is perfect for me. The products are easily made and can be unscented if required. Will be dipping into this book on a very regular basis.

This was straightforward and handy - exactly what you would want for a cleaning book, I like that they offer quick tips, as well as deep cleaning. I like that there are DIY and reusable alternatives to buying cleaning products (like an old chenille sock, instead of a swiffer pad). I like that it’s not just how to clean, but how to motivate yourself to clean. The schedule was very helpful.

Only downside is that I wouldn't want to keep coming back to this book as the formatting is a little wonky, so I'd end up going to the Internet.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review!

This is a handy book. Great tips. It's perfect for someone brand new at keeping a house. But for the experienced homemaker, there's probably nothing new in here. And a lot of this information is freely available online. However, it's always nice to have in one spot in a place you'll always be able to reach for it. That's very helpful in the overwhelm of today.

A refreshingly straightforward, practical guide great for those new to housekeeping but with nuggets that will appeal to even folks who know a million baking powder tricks.

A quick read with a focus on natural cleaning products. With the advent of IG sites like gocleanco, there's a lot of info out there on this topic, particularly with natural products, so not sure it would be worthwhile to invest in a book. The blurb mentions gifting the book...so I guess that's one idea.

This is a great collection of cleaning tips for someone starting with very little knowledge of cleaning. Perhaps a twenty-something living in their first apartment. While there were some good deep cleaning tips for more experienced clearers (the garbage disposal, the dishwasher) the majority of the book is for the beginner cleaner, looking for a list and tips.

Thank you Netgalley for the review copy.

I was impressed with this book! I appreciate that it not only lists natural cleaning product recipes, it also provides the reader with a check list for keeping that area of the house clean. This provides necessary inspiration for keeping a clean house! And the added bonus of making it all happen with safe productions you already have in your kitchen, is a solid win!

Thank you to NetGalley for a chance to read and review this book! I was so impressed with this book, it is one I would like to own a physical copy of.

This book is exactly as advertised - it may not be very long, but it is filled with cleaning tips that anyone can easily follow. And who knew that vinegar is the duct tape of cleaning? I loved the "Five Ways to Freshen Up in Five Minutes" sections at the end of each chapter. It is just a nice reminder that there are little things we can do everyday to keep our spaces clean and refreshed. I will definitely be keeping this book close and referring to it often (at least until everything becomes so routine that I know it by heart).

The Little Book of Cleaning Tips is just as the title suggests. If you are needing help and guidance to starting cleaning this is the book for you. I really enjoyed the cleaning in 5 minutes sections for each room for quick things to do to straighten up your space. I liked the few recipes that were in there but wish there were more.
