Easy nighttime devotion. Is a great choice for children with learning delays in reading and ADHD. Simple page graphics that are not distracting, yet still attractive. Short, yet hold strong biblical truths. Loved this.

I just finished reading through Brave Boys Can Change the World, and really enjoyed it. As a mom of a eight year old boy, I love that this devotional focuses on helping boys see the importance of the people around them. While I do think there could be a bit more emphasis on the gospel in some of the devotions, this is a great book for young men who want to share Jesus with others. So often kids are not given the tools or encouragement to share the gospel with those in their lives, so I love that this gives tangible ways to do so while explaining the importance of it. I can't wait to purchase and have my son read it one day.

Devotional for Boys

This is a short daily devotional book directed to boys. It consist on a Bible verse, a short devotional ( including explanation and or a Bible Story, Bible background, motivation and contemporary examples) in a language that is age appropriate and ends with a prayer.

As a mother of a tween boy I appreciate this book as its very easy to find books for girls, tweens and teens but there are not many directed to inspire our little boys to become the men of God He created them to be. The devotional glorifies Jesus and inspire boys to be like Him on a daily basis.

Thank you to the publisher, author, and NetGalley for this Advance Reader Copy in exchange for an honest review.

I really appreciate books like this for boy's. It is so easy to find books for women and girls, but it seems like ones for men and boys are not as available. I love how the author Matt Koceich chose devotions that are like preparation for the development to strong, Godly men who will be the head of their households. They say to train your children on the path, and they will not falter. This is a great way to help a boy be able to do that.

As a 50+ Christian woman, I enjoyed the book. But I'm looking for books for my 4 yr old nephew and 6 yr old niece; I'm a Godmother who is 4 hours away and their parents don't take them to church.
Brave Boys Can Change the World has a nice format, inspirational verse and some paragraphs so that the child can relate and be inspired by the bible message.
I'm looking for a way to introduce the kids to Jesus; Brave Boys encourages boys to share their knowledge of Jesus with others. A very good book though.

Brave Boys Can Change the World by Matt Koceich is a devotional for boys ages 8-12. There will be plenty of people that love this but for us, it focuses more on self than God. Not how can God change the world but how can I. I can see how someone would enjoy encouraging their child but this seems a little more fluffy than 8-12-year-olds need.
