I always enjoy books about characters moving to NyC after college bc I never did! Beth was brave and went to work as a journalist. The story takes place in the 80s! I’m giving it three stars. Good writing and story idea. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

I absolutely loved reading this book. I was completely drawn into the topic and could not stop reading it.

This was a captivating story of NYC in the summer of 1983. A quick read, I was fully immersed and didn't want it to end!

An interesting look at the liminal time of the summer between high school and college. Set against NYC we see a young girl change and see the world in a new light.
