I ended up DNF’ing Taking Chances, Making Choices. I usually enjoy Katherine Stone’s writing, but this one just didn’t click with me. The premise sounded like it had potential, but I found myself losing interest as I went along and struggling to stay engaged with the characters and storyline.
It might be the right book for someone who loves a slower-paced, more drawn-out drama, but for me, it just wasn’t holding my attention. Sometimes it’s just about timing and reading mood, but this time I decided to put it down.
