This book earned 5 stars for being compelling. It has infidelity, secrets, more secrets, and revenge. I was unable to put this down., It was a page-turner through the whole book. My only warning is do not start if you do not have time to read or you will be disappointed!

This was a disjointed mess that I honestly had a hard time getting into. The character development was really lacking, and I felt no emotional connection (for good or ill) toward any of the characters. I also don't personally enjoy getting POV chapters from an anonymous source.

This book was an ok read! It kept me entertained throughout, but wasn't super suspenseful! Slightly predictable!

Excellent read. Definitely a 5 star thriller and I'd most certainly recommend this book to friends and family.

I’m giving this book 2.5 stars. I enjoyed getting to know the characters but I did feel like things kind of dragged on for way too long. Nothing really happened up until the last couple of chapters. Then all of the sudden you figure out the plot and then the book is over. There were a lot of characters and at times I found it hard to keep track of all of them but eventually I started remembering who everyone was. The characters were likable and easy to relate to. I just felt like there was no substance to anything until the very end. And at no point in time, did my heart race wondering was going to happen next. I could go weeks without feeling the urge to pick up this book and continue to read.

Very well written with a good balance of likeable and unlikeable characters, so many threads intertwined you only get to find out what is going on in the final few pages.

Wow what a book! The main character Harriet is really likeable, relatable and I loved getting to know her and her family. She plays her cards close and it takes a while to realise why she does what does. Lots of twists and turns. As you can tell by the title the husband is a cad, and I kept waiting for the next clue and the next…
I really liked the finale it was totally unexpected -the closure and the ending made me happy! I like that all the loose ends are tidied away!

I loved this book. Lots of characters, lots of twists and a storyline that was all tied up in a way I never could have imagined. Highly recommended

This was ok, nothing too exceptional. Didn't figure it out so that was good. So I woukd recomend this book.

Found this to be quite slow paced but overall I enjoyed the book and the twists and turns throughout, not a bad read but definitely could have been shorter

I couldn’t enjoy this book as there was very little depth to anything, There were the tense situations and shocking times that all thrillers need but I couldn’t care with so little detail.

While this was a good read it wasn't a must read for me. It came across a bit predictable and the Characters just didn't seem to engage me and there was no real development with them. The story started off good but then started to drag out to the point I became bored of it and then finally 'The Big Reveal' was a big let down. The best part of this book for me was the prologue which was told from the point of view of the Mistress and I feel it would have been a much better read if we heard more from her and not just the main narrator Harriet the wife. This 'Thriller' was simply just not Thrilling enough for me.

For me, I couldn’t keep up with the characters. Over 12 people entered this story & I just struggled to form an emotional attachment to them.

I loved this book! Really well written, couldn’t read it quick enough and couldn’t wait to get to the end. One of the most enjoyable books I’ve read for ages, highly recommend xx

I was not a fan of this book. I didn’t like the characters or the writing style. It lack depth. I was bored the majority of the time and disappointed because the prologue was so good.

Harriet’s husband is constantly working. Things haven’t been great between them and she thinks he may be having an affair. She pushes through taking care of her three kids. Harriet is a bundle of nerves when she can’t find one of her kids at the park. Eventually the child is found and that’s when the notes begin. Harriet has secrets too. Can she find out who’s behind the notes and keep her family safe?

I've read this author before and was looking forward to reading this one.

It has dual POVs in 1st and 3rd person which I found quite interesting. Its mostly set in the Females POV.

The writing and storyline is well done and will keep you gripped from start to finish.

It was a bit slow in some parts but it didn't take away the attention of the story.

A great psychological thriller. A close knit cul de sac where everyone knows your name and business. Friendships and secrets behind closed doors. A really great read with twists and an I didn't see that coming

Spicy, spooky, and drama filled! Not spooky in the halloween vibes sense, but I definitely was on the edge of my seat. Its a faced paced read so you end up whipping through the book before you even realize it.

Really enjoyed this book. I was hooked after chapter one. This was the first book I've read by this author and the characters were enjoyable. Loved the ending I flew through it. The writing style is good but sometimes the descriptions took me a second re-read to understand and it took me out of the story.
Will read more of her books!
