This is an amazing publication.

The fact that it not only gives a description but also a segment of the book to whet your appetite is perfect!

Can't wait to read some of these titles! The sample chapters were enticing and several of these are on my TBR pile!

It's fun to go back and see how many of the previewed books made it to my hands this summer. And a chance to follow up on any I missed.

Very useful for me, working in publishing. Is a great tool to see what books are buzzing and look for the ones we want to buy and translate to publish in Portugal.

Usually, I love these samplers. However, this one did not have engaging or interesting options. What a shame! I’ve generally had great luck finding new reads! Not this time!

It is always such a treat to read the Buzz Books edition. I love getting a sneak peek at what will be hitting the shelves so that I can advise our library's readers of what to check out!

This was a great compilation of excerpts from recently released and soon-to-be-published reads. With excerpts from fiction, non-fiction and young adult reads, this has all kinds of samples of the upcoming next big read. I most enjoyed the excerpt from Elizabeth Acevedo's upcoming adult debut, along with Maurene Goo's and Amalie Howard's excerpts.

BuzzBooks is always a precious gude to the upcoming books that are just ready to hit the shelves. Every time it comes out, it's a must-read since many years.

Buzz Books is a fabulous resource for readers and reviewers of all kinds. I had downloaded the previous year's volume, but didn't get around to dipping into it right away. Once I checked this Spring/Summer edition, I was delighted; not only do you get excerpts from current books coming out, but also there is a link to request ARCs for your intended reads. I prefer to read some books online and others in hard copy, dependent on style, so this is a great asset to have as a preview of style and content, but also, a fabulous way to, hopefully, be accepted to review a book that you have already had your eye on. likewise, if you are requesting a book that is no longer available for a full ARC, you still will get a sense of the content and style for book club recommendations. The lists of volumes are extensive, and cover all categories. It also can help a reader make a choice on formatting. For example, Eleanor Catton's Birnam Wood is included in this compilation. After first checking for POV, I will know whether or not to recommend it for a First Person book club that I belong to. As this work is long, and, I know from her previous writing, will most likely be engrossing, I probably not request a digital copy, but still, I will be able to tell from the excerpt whether I will want to buy it immediately in hard copy or wait for a library copy to become available. The summaries before each entry are marvellous, too, as they give you a sense of whether the book will be your cup of tea or not.

I saw that the Fall/Winter edition of Buzz Books had been released so I decided to take a closer look at the Spring/ Summer edition and now I realize I had never added it to my list. Although I didn't read every word, I did read a couple of excerpts and added many titles to my TBR. Even though these collections wreak havoc on my lists and I know I'll never get a chance to read most of the books, it satisfies the bibliophile in me temporarily!

I aways find some hidden gems in these Buzz Book collections! There’s something for everyone and it’s all so nicely organized. I look forward to these being released every season.

I’m always thrilled when I see a new available Buzz Book. I get much of my new reading selections from books introduced by this publication. My TBR list just continues to grow. As always, I look forward to the next one. This one is full of lots of interest reads.

Buzz Books 2023 Spring/Summer excerpts is another great set of entries from up and coming releases. A lot of these authors are new to me and this was the perfect way to test the waters!

Buzz Books 2023: Spring/Summer is a swell tease for what to read next. I appreciate the chance to preview upcoming titles for the spring and summer. I will be digging in to several of these books, having had a sample of their deliciousness. And I look forward to the next version.

Excellent look into the upcoming reads of the season. Likely some bestsellers in this set! I enjoyed the length of the previews and felt like I got just enough of each to get an idea of the book and know whether or not they would be a good fit for me.

I am always looking forward to the next “Buzz Book” as I know I have a fascinating excepts of books to read. I have never been disappointed. There are alway a few new authors that I will put on my author lists for books to be read when new books are written by them. I also have the list of books that I will be buying ( the ones that the excerpt of that book I can’t wait to finish reading it! This is a book that is never dull. I’m so glad it comes out every year!
