This is a good book. The two main characters are Ryleigh and Ryker. Ryleigh has an IT business. Ryker has a new tattoo business. Ryleigh’s mother is trying to set Ryleigh up on a date. Ryleigh talks Ryker into fake dating her. There is an instant attraction. But the fake dating turns into real dating. Then they fall in love.

Save Me is book three in the series however could be read as a standalone very easily. I liked the book a lot because it was low stakes, low drama. I liked the characters of Ryleigh and Ryker and I liked the family dynamics in the book. It was easy to read, plenty of chemistry between the characters and I love a fake dating, he falls first story. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Rayleigh is pissed off with her meddling mother, Kate who trying to set her up on dates. To avoid that, she decided to fake dated Ryker whom she know is not her type. Ryker on the other hand, is determine to show her who he really is. Rayleigh from the beginning, judged Ryker for his bad boy look and but they begin to spend time together, her opinion started to change.

This is the 3rd book in the Donovan series and is my favorite thus far. I love both Rayleigh and Ryker and they gave me joy in reading their story. Ryker is exactly who Rayleigh needs in her life as he is supportive and patience in waiting for Rayleigh to noticed him. Overall it is a delightful read to me.

This is a series but each book can be read as a standalone. I haven't read any of the others in this series. This was an okay read but there was nothing to make it stand out.

I didn't get how Ryker was a "bad boy" he didn't come across that way at all. it was just Ryleigh's judgmental attitude that made her think he was. I did think he was too persistent. It certainly would have made me uncomfortable if a guy wouldn't take no for an answer. He wasn't skeevy or stalkery but it was a bit much.

It is a good example of don't judge a book by its cover. Ryleigh made her assumptions based on opinion and not fact. She was adamant that Ryker wasn't for her without actually knowing the guy. Some of her family liked him before she "pretended" to date him so it wasn't even based off family opinion.

It was readable and somewhat enjoyable hence the three stars but there are other books out there that are better.

I received an arc of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I love the Donovan series! In the latest book, Ryleigh is trying to get her mom off her back when it comes to matchmaking. She ends up in a fake relationship with Ryker - who others aren't sure is really the right guy for Ryleigh.

Ryker is pretty infatuated with Ryleigh before agreeing to fake date, so it's a matter of convincing Ryleigh that the two of them are good for each other.

It's a sweet story, but out of all of the Donovans, I don't think Ryleigh is my favorite. Totally worth the read if you are a Samantha Chase fan, though.

Ryleigh Donovan has been putting up with her mother’s matchmaking for many years and no matter what she says she will not stop. So after a big blow-up at the bar where still her mother does not get what she is talking about she finally goes with Ryker, who has been asking her out for months. Now though he at least gets to drive her to her home and break into her apartment for her, since she left her keys and purse at the bar. So far he has all the makings of a good boyfriend, long hair, tattoos, and can get into a locked apartment without a key just what every woman is looking for.
She comes up with a plan of fake dating which he agrees since he has been trying to date her of course in her mind it is fake when in his mind it is real. While they are together she begins to see a different side of Ryker and he is really more than what he comes across as. The two become close and this scares her when she finds out more about him she panics but hey it is fake right? See what happens with all of the drama surrounding these two and if her mother can really stay out of her life. This is a really good story and has very good characters, very much worth the read.

Thank you to Netgalley, Valentine PR and Samantha Chase for this ARC!

This story is pure delight to read! The push and pull, wittiness and quirkiness of Ryker and Ryleigh’s story greatly evolved during the story and I was really engaged until the end! This is the typical fake boyfriends turns real boyfriend trope and it’s one of my favourites since we get to be by their side when their feelings start to change and understand all their doubts. The characters are very relatable and very lovable which makes for an amazing read!

Thanks to Netgalley for a copy of this book for an honest review.

I LOVE RYKER!!! He knows what he wants and takes the opportunity to get it when it presents itself. He and Ryleigh are so beautifully matched. Can't wait to read Jamie's book!!

Ryleigh and Ryker seem like an odd couple, but of course are a great fit. Small town romance with a pushy mother and lots of sparks make a quick and easy read. Would recommend.

Save Me is a fake dating relationship started for the best reason of all- to get your mother off your back. In this case, Ryleigh’s mother fixes her up with horrible dates and she rashly agrees to a fake date with Ryker (ugh, Ryleigh and Ryker = super sweet name pair). Ryker has no known way to support himself and *gasp* has tattoos and long hair. Also, he goes by that one name. He has it bad for the gorgeous Ryleigh, who predictably has no idea of how lovely she actually is.

Ryleigh does not take time to ask Ryker about himself (he is a world renowned tattoo artist) and so she doesn’t really get to know him, although she does know that he is a good kisser. Ryker is hurt that Ryleigh doesn’t want to take the time to get to know him (because he is more than a face to make a mother mad), but constantly assures her that she can do whatever she wants in this faux’ship. I think someone needed to knock some heads together while they were knockin’ boots. Ryleigh needed to grow up and learn to think outside of herself and Ryker needed to quit being a doormat.

But, as is the rule in most romances, all’s well that ends well. Ry and Ry finish with deceit and live happily ever after (presumably), with tasteful tattoos and hearts full of love.

A cute fake dating opposites attract romance about Ryleigh and Ryker that has closed-door sex scenes and was an okay read.
I liked Ryker he was a solid character and deserve better than someone who judges a book by its cover.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book received from the publisher via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was my first Samantha Chase book and I really liked it. This is the 3rd book in the series but can be read as a standalone. I had no difficulty following the story or understanding any of the back backstory even if I didn't read book 1 and 2 prior to this one.

I was able to get into the story very easily and it hooked me in pretty much from the start. I loved Ryker and thought he was the biggest highlight of the story. His character intrigued me the most and gave me the best character growth. I had a bit of a love/hate relationship with Ryleigh. As much as I loved how assertive she is and strong and confident, she also felt childish and self-absorbed, especially towards Ryker.

I loved the development between the MCs. The pace was perfect, the closed door spice was perfect in my opinion (I didn't need more than that), the chemistry was was good, the banter between the siblings was funny and I loved how easy and flowy the story was. Some questioning from Ryleigh felt a bit repetitive for me at certain points but I do understand that it was needed/part of the reflection/development done on Ryleigh's end.

Overall I loved it and I will most definitely read the first two books and the next one.

I liked this book, it had some enjoyable and funny parts. I quite liked Ryder, I wasn't sure if I would given the previous books, but I did. Ryleigh was at times immature and it took a while to warm up to her. Overall, a decent and entertaining book. *I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and this is my voluntary and honest review.

After yet another ill-fitted date between Ryleigh Donovan and a man her mom set her up with, Ryleigh is in need of a quick-fix to get her mother off her back. Tattoo artist Ryker is new to town and has been trying to get a date with Ryleigh for months. She realizes this could be the perfect opportunity to irritate her mother and take a break from more bad dates.

Of course, this no-strings-attached relationship quickly heats up. Ryker is not one to hide his feelings, but Ryleigh takes her time before admitting she, too, does not want this to end.

A predictably sweet love story.

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

Kind of fun to see the bad boy being the one to keep trying to get the "good girl" to go out with him. I enjoyed the story line but there were times that Ryleigh drove me crazy with all her drama.

Ryker was really a great guy and I loved his character and was rooting for him the whole time.

I did think that Ryleigh would have been more upset about finding out Ryker was the one behind the tattoo website!

Don't want to give away too much but enjoyed the Donovan family and loved that the brothers finally got a taste of what the daughters had to put up with. Oh, when Ryker confronted Ryleigh's mom, I was so happy for Ryleigh!

Hope we see more of Jamie and his nemesis in a future book!

I love the Donnovan family! This is the second book I read in this series and I honesty could not put it down.

From Ryleigh being set up with the periodontist this book had me hooked. You can’t help but love Ryker, the tattooed bad boy with a heart of gold. Ryker just wants Ryleigh any way he can get her , even if it mean “fake “ dating so she really sees the real him. Ryleigh was dead set on not getting to know Ryker until she finally opened her eyes! When she did , the story was pure magic!

Thank you NetGalley and Samantha chase for this ARC

Save Me by Samantha Chase drew me in right away with the heroine's situation and her interaction with the hero. The hero is secretive but is very compelling. His art work was amazing and the way Chase unfolded his character was well done. The heroine was strong, at times a little abrasive but it was understandable with her family and background.

The large family and their dynamics added to the story, as did the hero's back story with his smaller family. The lengths the hero went to in order to fit in for the heroine were very sweet.

I received an early copy of Save Me from the publisher and NetGalley. Thank you for that. All opinions are my own. #netgalley #saveme

Having met the Donovan family already in Tempt Me, I loved to know what mother Donovan’s slightly overbearing reactions would be in Save Me, when Ryleigh goes out with the local bad boy Ryker. And it is fun!

The Donovan family is a tight bunch and they are hilarious. So, although you can read this series as a stand alone, I would recommend that you read them all, to -even better- enjoy all the antics between the siblings.

Ryker is the most awesome character. He really sees Ryleigh and he sees through all the family ties. And he is not afraid to speak up. I loved how he pursued Ryleigh.

In all, yet another wonderful story in the Donovans series. Four out of five stars and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

Well, that was annoying! I felt that Ryleigh was immature, bigoted and all around irritating. I could not find any empathy for her character. I liked Ryker although I was surprised he kept persisting despite Ryleigh’s disinterest. I did not finish.
