This is a beautifully detailed book. I picked it up because I'm lately more interested in growing my own produce and the sections on how to store it gave me so many tips! It also comes with really attractive photos. and an anecdote with the authors own journey with food.
And yes, it contains recipes for everybody.

The recipes look appetizing, the photos are bright and enticing, and the story about the author's gardening and food journey was relatable. I think this is a great recipe book, and I really appreciate the extra info about gardening and canning.
