I thought this an interesting, intelligent read. Just when I thought I had fathomed it out, there was a surprise development which left me wondering how on earth it was all going to come together..
I found some of the characters to be desperate people and loved the way this is realistically portrayed by showing at what lengths people will go to, to maintain good health.
An enjoyable read, one not to be misssed.

Helen H Durrant does it again. A series set in Greater Manchester of which this is the third instalment. DI Harry Lennox is in exile from Scotland due to a Scottish hard man trying to kill him. This book is an excellent addition to the series and will also work well as a stand alone novel.

What I love about this book is there are so many twists and things you do not see coming.
I love this author and I can't put any of her books down

Twists and red herrings abound in this addictive police procedural. Great team of characters and a solid mystery the keeps you turning the page. Things tie up at the end, but some room to continue.

Good book! This book had a bit of everything! It had suspense, intrigue, action, murder, organ theft, a bit of a who done it, And great police work! The storyline was very interesting and had me glued to my Kindle! I will definitely recommend reading this book! It was well worth reading!
