I really enjoyed this book! There was alot of point of views (POV) throughout the book and it took me a bit to start understanding who I was reading about but I enjoyed the multiple POV as there were many potential suspects. This was a fast paced book that I read quite quickly as I wanted to know what happened after each chapter. I never guessed the murderer and the ending tied it all together. Definitely recommend this book to my bookstagram friends.

The multiple POV’s was confusing in the beginning but I loved getting to know each character and their own story.
Great read!

I enjoyed this book. It felt like clue but you had the where — a $50M Real Estate — but not the who, why or how until half way through the book. The pacing in parts was a tad slow but I still wanted to know the end. Though the end was predictable after the twists it was still a fun book to read. I do wish there was a few less characters or the book was longer. It was a lot of keep track of with all the side plots (that did tie in at the end) and who was who that it didn’t leave you the ability to really connect with any character. Overall this book was good and I would recommend it as a quick easy enjoyable read. 3.5 STARS

Lisa Gray, quite frankly you have outdone yourself with this one . To Die For, has book of the year written all over it .

I was thinking about this book when I wasn't reading it.

I had dreams about it.

It stayed with me even when I'd put it down for the night and haunted me once I turned the final page. I love that this book WENT THERE, it was dark in a sophisticated way that resonated with me. To Die For, was twisted and brilliant.

Stories about realtors remind me of reality shows on Netflix for some reason! This was a fun thriller to dive into. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC for the purpose of this review. I'm giving it three stars. It was a bit un thrilling at times but I got through and I did think Gray did a good job with a cast of characters.

This was a fun take on a thriller in the cutthroat world of high end realty. There were quite a few underlying stories to try to follow, but it did keep me on my toes.

Synopsis
Five real estate agents are tasked by their boss to find a buyer for an exclusive Malibu beach mansion. The house has a price tag of 50 million dollars and the commission is 1 million dollars. Each real estate agent is desperate for the money. They each have their reasons for needing the money. The competition amongst the estate agents is fierce and some of them play dirty. How far will they go to get it?

On the eve of an open House a body is found in the swimming pool. Who is the dead body and were any of the estate agents involved? That is the million dollar question.

Review:
I loved this book. It is the best thriller that I have read in a long time. The story is told from different point of view and times periods. The chapters are short. I liked the way that a lot of the chapters finished with a cliff hanger meaning I wanted to carry on reading. I felt that the ending wrapped up the story well. Sometimes thrillers are left with an open ending as though the story is not quite finished. It was not the case with this book. .
I will definitely be looking out for other books written by Lisa Gray.

A fun read set against the backdrop of Los Angeles and the cutthroat luxury real estate game. The characters almost feel a bit like caricatures of the best and worst kind of people, but that's part of the fun. A murder mystery where you don't even know who the victim is until at least halfway through, everyone's a suspect, and not everyone is going to get out alive. Felt a little let down by the ending, but leaving it open was definitely a deliberate choice by the author, not an oversight, and I can see the fun of the way it closed. All in all, this book was just enough to make me keep an eye out for more work by Lisa Gray in the future.

This author writes books that are difficult to put down. This story set in the world is high end real estate business. The characters are realistic and realistic. The twist ending ilea’s totally unexpected. It’s a great read.

This story follows five luxury real estate agents in California who all have a reason for desperately needing a $1,000,000 commission sale. The competition for the sale inevitably leads to death.

I really liked this book! It was a fun quick twisty thriller and I highly recommend.

I was given an #ARC in exchange for an honest review. Let me start with this gorgeous cover, it definitely draw attention 😍
Once I begin reading the pace is really quick and engaging. The setting is very well done, and you will definitely feel scanning the property in a open 🏡 tour.
As the chapters unfold, the competition between the realtors will get nasty; revealing each of them have secrets to hide and a very good reason to desperately need money. Not knowing the identity of the floater will definitely keep you guessing until the very end. Overall was a good experience with short chapters and juicy confrontations.

What would you do for a million dollars? Great question which leads to a fast paced, exciting book based in the beautiful setting of LA. I really enjoyed this book and the characters. I normally struggle with lots of different characters and their points of view but it was written so well they were easy to follow.

I can imagine this being the perfect holiday read. Highly recommend.

Andi Hart is an agent who works for a luxury real estate brokerage called Saint Reality, owned by a couple David and Diana Saint.

David’s the broker-owner and his wife, Diana, takes care of the admin side of the business. Neither of them knows Andi’s planning on quitting and setting up a rival company. They don’t even know she’s gotten her own broker’s license.

This was a fast, super fun read. If you're into soapy, slightly campy, twisty turns plots, this for you. It's like Selling Sunset with murder! Which is something I can get on board with. I enjoyed the multiple POVs, the quick pacing, and the surprising ending. If you're into reality TV but wish there could be even more conniving and scheming and some seedy crime, pick this up.

A glorious beach front brand spanking new house is up for sale in Malibu - yours for $50 million. The competition is hot between the five real estate agents with the potential of a $1 million bonus. Andi Hart, Hunter Brooks, Krystal Taylor, Verona King and Myles Goodman roll up their sleeves and prepare to fend each other off. Let’s hope no one gets hurt in the process. Whoops, spoke too soon, there’s a dead body floating in the luxury property pool on the day of the open house. Too much Dom Perignon quaffed maybe? Who is it and why? Let the games begin. The story is told Before and After and from six points of view which is a lot!

This is an entertaining read from start to finish and I like the authors engaging style. The competition between the five agents is something else, each revealing their very sharp teeth of ambition a few other issues besides. Dirty Tricks R Us should be the name of the company rather than it’s rather sedate title!

The setting is atmospheric, you certainly get a good guided tour of La-La Land which saves me the bother of jetting over! The plot has multiple twists and the final one is especially good, lifting the star rating that’s for sure. The pace is pretty quick making it an easy zip through read, just how I like them! I enjoy how we don’t know the identity of the floater until nearly the end which keeps you guessing. Considering the multiple points of view the author does a decent job of defining the characters in some way.

Overall, this is a page turner and a perfect relaxing by the pool read, without the dead body!

I adored this book and as always, Lisa Gray is the QUEEN of mystery, intrigue and suspense. This was so entertaining and each character brought a unique twist to to the plot with their first person POVs. I found myself questioning everyone, their motives and if they did “the thing” (IYKYK). At 260ish pages, it’s short, sweet and totally addictive. This would be the perfect summer beach read, and the way Gray describes the setting, has me desperate to jet ✈️ to LA for a few days 😂 Read this book!

My review: what would you do for a million dollars? It's kind of cliche. You've seen that question on questionaires and on social media but what if your a realtor and you've been asked to sell a fifty million dollar home and get a commission of a million. Yea. It hits home. But it's a serious question. What Would You Do with a million dollars???
I found the book to be entertaining and interesting. I couldn't relate to any of the characters and I personally couldn't like any character either. My biggest complaint and why I have it a four out of five was because of the point of views from SIX people. That's a bit much. It made the book complicated, confusing and bit hard to retain all the information. All in all though, I found the book to be unique. I've not seen another book that's a murder mystery with real estate agents. It was a nice spin. It wasn't suspensful or thrilling. It did keep you entertained though and kept my attention. I did not find anything predictable because I couldn't even figure out who killed who. I really liked the ending although I think some people didn't. I found the ending like a recap but with new characters which means...new secrets. I liked it. It too was a nice spin.

I gave this a 4/5 just because of all the povs but I found the book to be enticing and entertaining. I really liked the spin on the murder mystery.

This was great. Fast paced, lots of POVs, plenty of potential suspects with shady motives. All the ingredients for a great thriller and Lisa Gray delivers.

I read this book in one sitting because it was juicy, twisted, with perfectly defined characters. Every POV was distinct it was never hard to figure out which timeline the character was in and even with all the dark secrets I never guessed the murderer. Loved it!
