A beautiful story depicting all the seasons and how God is around us no matter what. I liked the illustrations and the simplicity of the drawings and storyline. It is easy for everyone to understand and enjoy.

Lovely imagery with movement and light, full of glory and smiles. The presence of God through our seasons and in everything we see and touch is explored in easy words and images for children to take on board.

This book is absolutely darling! I loved that the author chose to write about God's presence in all of the seasons! The writing is age-appropriate and understandable, and it is definitely a book I will be purchasing for our children's library. The illustrations were whimsy and engaging. This book would be perfect for preschool to early elementary-aged children.

What a beautiful book in all aspects. Author Kara Lawler is able to capture the thoughts of young readers who are curious about who God is and where God exists. “God, Right Here” is a story where all readers can see themselves because we all experience God’s presence in our lives. This book is just the perfect story for a children’s Sunday School class, nap time, bedtime story or even just the perfect story for everyday parent and child time together. Even with the inclusion of scripture in the opening and closing, I still believe this book can be included on the bookshelves of any religious household. It has inclusion, it is colorful and it is written with simple sentences in order not to overwhelm the child. I can easily see this will be a go to book for many young children and their families.

The story illustrations depicts inclusive imagery connecting the ideas in the text about seeing God's perfect love for all. This book would be a great addition to a nursery room bookshelf.

What a beautiful book! I absolutely loved everything about it. Of course, the most incredible part of the story is the actual message - that God is always with us, through every season of life. The illustrations are stunning, and I loved how the author and illustrator included people of every color and also a child in a wheelchair. (My nephew was wheelchair-bound due to Muscular Dystrophy, so seeing this child in the illustrations really touched my heart and soul on a personal level). Everything from the fonts to the colored text all blended together beautifully. It thrills my soul seeing God and Bible scriptures included in a children’s book I will definitely buy this for my library and also for my two grandchildren.
