Such a good romance! The characters were likable and believable. The story was great and the steam was perfect!

This is my first Nancy Thayer book and it won't be my last! This book is about Heather, ,a middle aged woman whose marriage has fizzled out. She has decided to rent a cottage on Nantucket for the summer. This book is also about relationships. She's learning to navigate the relationship with her only son's girlfriend/fiancé',and her family.
She's also learning how to date again and how to make new friends on the island. Fate has a way of working all these relationships out in this story and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks to #netgalley for this ARC. I would recommend this book.

My favorite of Thayer’s summer reads is far. It was just a delight. I couldn’t have loved it more. Can’t wait until next summer!

I was given an advanced copy of this book from the publisher for my honest review. This book grabbed me on the first page and kept me enthralled until the last page. The story was both sweet and melancholy for me. I loved the different mindsets of the different generational characters. Heather was my favorite character due to being of the same generation and the fact that we had things in common. The moral of this story for me was "just when you think that you have your life all planned out, things change". 5 stars for this wonderful story, Nancy Thayer‼️

This book foreshadowed the ending. This is a two generational story about major life changes and its impact on the family system.

Now that her son is graduating college, Heather has decided to divorce her husband of many years and expects that her son Ross will be there to help her husband run his hardware store while she spends the summer in a rental on Nantucket…however, Ross and his girlfriend have a different idea and are also planning to move to Nantucket, so their worlds intersect throughout the course of the summer, life happens, and big changes are in store for all!

What made me pick this one up? The cover was eye-catching, Nancy Thayer books never disappoint, and despite never having been to Nantucket, I can’t resist books set here!

Did it live up to my expectations? Absolutely - the book starts out with 2 main characters not liking each other, and I didn’t find Kailee to be a likeable character. She expects everything to revolve around her, and it hurts her interactions with some of the other characters. However, her journey is one of the things that makes this book so special - the growth and development of the characters and their relationships.

I received a copy of this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is an entertaining read, perfect for a beach or lazy afternoon. Some of the characters took awhile to warm up to, but that made it realistic. Great story of family and second chances.

Outside of not being able to imagine what it is like to live on Nantucket, I feel like this book definitely is a realistic look at relationships and the intermingling of two families when young people marry. When two people come together, it isn't just them. It is their entire families that come together at least at times. This was a great book!

Nancy Thayer paints such a lovely picture of Nantucket. Heather is trying to get away from a stale marriage and rejuvenate her life by renting a cottage for the summer. Turns out, Nantucket is also where her son Ross plans to work and live with his girlfriend Kaylie, a native Islander with a lovely estate and family as well. Kaylie feels Ross' mother has followed them and their relationship starts out on the wrong foot. A wonderful journey of family anf new friends, All the Days of Summer is a lovely, uplifting story.

What a perfect book to add to your beach bag this summer. Ms. Thayer’s book “All the Days of Summer’, takes place on Nantucket and is the perfect addition to your summer reading list. Her characters are likable, relatable and well developed. Thank you Nancy Thayer for yet another enjoyable book.

I’ve read Nancy Thayer’s books before and enjoyed them but this one was not my cup of tea. Kailee was a total spoiled brat the whole book and the whole trying to decide if some characters wanted to keep a baby or not was just unnecessary. I finished it since it was an ARC but don’t think I’ll read another by this author

People and their feelings are complicated and messy. This book is about that and more. I loved the setting of Nantucket. I could imagine the sand between my toes and the smell of the salty air. I liked the characters a lot. Heather wasn’t happy with her life and took steps to change it. I liked her a lot. Kailee is young and a bit spoiled and at times I shook my head at her antics but overall she is a good person. There is some very sad moments in this book. It’s such a well written book. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced free copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley.

All the Days of Summer by Nancy Thayer I have to say Nancy Thayer has always been a favorite author of mine. This book just didn’t interest me at all. I didn’t enjoy the characters or the settings. It ma be a great beach read for some but not for me. Thanks for the chance to read this novel

Nancy Thayer is one of my favorite authors for a great summer read. While a few of her books haven't been top marks for me I really enjoyed All the Days of Summer and think this is one of her best yet!

I really enjoyed following Heather's journey and while I kind of wanted Ross to grow a damn backbone I just throughly enjoyed reading this story told over the course of a summer in Nantucket. While I've only been to Nantucket once, partially driven to visit because of Ms. Thayers books, she brings the island to life so beautifully with her pages.

This is going to be the first book I recommend to anyone wanting a great beach-y read this summer.

Thank you to NetGalley and Ballantine for an eARC copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review.

What a truly delightful story! I loved all of the characters, even the spoiled Kailee and crotchety Evelyn. The interactions between all the characters was real and believable. This will be another big hit!

This is a lovely story of reinvention when Heather makes a decision to end her marriage and restart her life. When her son graduates and introduces Kailee, the rather dislikable young woman he plans to marry. She decides it is the perfect time to move on. A friend finds her a cottage on Nantucket for the summer and it is there she plants the roots for her second act.

Her son has decided to join his fiancées family, on Nantucket. Despite early conflicts, Heather seems to find a comfort level there. As she meets people, she finds herself included in many activities. She is also fortunate enough to find romance.

The book is also very timely when she becomes involved in the effort of an environmental organization designed to maintain the beauty of the island. Ironically, it is run by Kailee’s mother.

Thank you Netgalley for this charming summer book.

I was excited when I heard Nancy Thayer has a new book coming out. This is book #13 for me that I’ve read and I always enjoy her heartwarming stories. Heather is married but wants out of her marriage. She rents a cute little house on Nantucket and decides she loves living alone and doing what she wants on her own. This is a great story about family, close friendships and young love. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this early release in exchange for my honest review.

I always love Nancy Thayer books however, this one fell a little short. The story was a good one, but the characters were so unlikeable that it ruined the book for me. Kailee was a spoiled brat and Josh was an ungrateful son. I did like Heather, but she was an unrealistic character. With that said, I still finished the book and did enjoy reading it. Thank you NetGalley for my free ebook.
