I received a copy of this book through Netgalley. This is my honest review.

This is a short story about a long car ride to visit the grandparents and what a couple of kids do to pass the time. They have a fabulous imagination and turn the car ride in a space adventure where they encounter some aliens on the way. The imagine where the aliens are going, and consider whether they will like earth and even question whether they have an alien dog. It's probably a better way to occupy a kid's time on a long car trip than giving them a screen to play with (and I'm not hating on using screens because my family did that when the kids were little because it works).

The illustrations were colorful and fun, especially once they started talking about the aliens they encountered. I think this is a book I could read a few times before I got tired of it, especially if I noticed it helping my kids use their imaginations more to occupy themselves considering our screen habit. Overall I give this book 4.12 out of 5 stars.

Ethan and Mia are at it again, on another adventure but this time to space! They dream up this idea on a "boring' car ride to their grandparents house. The ride seems to take them all night, judging by the illustrations, but they keep this idea of going to space and meeting aliens going until they reach their grandparents house the next morning.

This book is cute and great for early readers. The sentences are short and sweet. The words are simple to sound out. The length of the book is somewhat long for a bedtime read for and early reader but would be ok for a mid-day read.

As a parent reading it for bedtime I would give it 3 stars because the content is somewhat bland. The illustrations are cute and it's short - so if you are looking to breeze through a bedtime book it may be perfect for you but I would struggle getting through this for more than one night.

Thank you NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for accepting my request to read and review Ethan and Mia's Space Adventure (The siblings need to pass the time on the long, boring drive to their grandparents. This eBook teaches kids creativity, early learning, and values.)

Illustrations are bright and cheerful.

The story Is cute. The adventure begins as a car activity. Using their imagination, prompts from Dad, and what they see outside they go to space. It was a new travel game for me. In real life, it could work with parental participation.

There is an activity at the back of the book that I didn't understand, and it is not a deal breaker.

I would gift this, see it as a birthday/Christmas basket gift with space stuff. I found it to be quite clever.

I love the concept of this book. Children need to know the magical powers of their imaginations, but the way the story was told just didn't have that excitement level I prefer when choosing books to read to my class.

This book was... interesting. I think it would be better if read as part of the series that it looks to have. I think its a great option for kids with big imaginations or even kids going on a road trip.

This was really adorable. I think young kids would love this. I was wary of the "magic" element, but it's just kids using their imagination on a car ride and they have a great time. Very fun.

First and foremost, the art in this picture book is very pleasing and inviting. The idea of this simple picturebook throughout which kids will go through some vocabulary and be able to maybe even share their travelling experiences is nice. However, the issue I had is the misspelling of some words, which is unheard of when it comes to picturebooks. Moreover, the font and formating seem very unprofessional - some words were even cut off. I would suggest a more professional-looking font that actually fits the page.

This is a relatable read for kids! Especially for those who are always bored on car or bus rides - alright, most kids are bored then. Although the book comes with a story of overcoming boredom, I see it as a good read to make little ones feel less alone in the world – you read them this story, you talk about it how EVERYONE, literally everyone is always bored on long drives.
Also, the drawings are super cute in this book! The aliens are especially fun ones!
